I found a young men's Coach belt in the thrift store last week. It is black with a gold buckle and it was .49! Yes forty nine cents. It fits me perfectly and it is a classic!

Thank you so much Donna! This cream blazer is blending me in with the wall a bit too much, but I keep forgetting this detail. I try to make an effort and pick light colors. The warm toned makeup makes the blue eyes pop from what I've seen. Never gave it any thought till I saw myself on camera lol. Yes, the double wrap is so unique and interesting isn't it? I need to consider it as well. 😘
A very interesting video. For me, belts are about 99% function, and I prefer not to have them at all. I'm working to get as many of my trousers to have side tabs rather than belts. When I do wear a belt, I almost always wear a leather that matches my shoes or the colour of my trousers, although I did just buy a woven belt in blue and white to wear in the summer with lighter coloured trousers and with my blue leather sneakers. I'm with you on the no branding. Having a brand logo on anything I wear is a negative rather than a positive. It's the main reason I haven't bought any Polo Ralph Lauren clothes to this point- I don't want the little polo player on the clothes :)
Yes!!! I am not used to wearing the belts unless it came by design with the outfit, and I wish I did because when I look at models or social media outfits how easily you can style and bring the outfit together, it's a quick upstyle we should apply more often.
Having reached my 40s I now have a wide range of belts from past decades. Unfortunately I had to check the internet to see which belts are currently en vogue.
Once again, I have the feeling we can find plenty in our wardrobes from years passed, so wear them. Lots of fashion freedom this year to wear whatever looks and feels great. If you have anything in your closet that doesn't feel and look great, let them go. 🎉🎉🎉
You know i think when you buy a very expensive belt its not so easy to replace it every year. So i think many of these belts you show us they become classic.
