Drink at least 1 glass of water before going to bed at night. By doing this, the chances of getting a heart attack are reduced.Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water daily.Avoid strength training exercises if you have a heart issue.Drink 500ml warm water after waking up in the morning.

I am 37 years old, after taking first, second and booster dose of Covishield I am experiencing lots of health issues, energy level lowered down, often suffering by fever, cough, body ache, pain in waist & leg, palpitation etc. Other member of my family also suffering with multiple ailments. I'm happy with my decision to not take vaccine. Made my family follow suit. I firstly don't trust doctors blindly and believe that nature has answer to everything and know the importance of understanding your body before consuming any drug (prescribed or not). I got infected with covid virus and lost sense of smell and suffered from minor other infections but got alright by taking natural remedies.

As much information as this video gives- it's equally scary. A large section of society has got 2 doses followed by a booster dose with the hope that they'll be safe. But after listening and seeing what's happening with people it's horrifying. Why weren't such questions raised at the development stage? And why forced people to do booster doses or the govt won't allow travelling?

I also have the same problem. I am 23 years old male. I received the both Covaxin shots. After the vaccination, I feel tingling sensation in my both feet, an abnormal heart beat, sometimes high and sometimes low. I developed digestive problems. My mother of 83 years had a heart attack within half an hour of the shot last year in July. Her BP went down to 30 and had I and my brother not been there beside her, we would have lost her. She is on coagulants right now since a year , we did not go through the invasive surgery due to the risks mentioned by surgeons. First of all don't panic at all....Our subconscious mind is very strong...If you always think about it eventually your emotional well being will be affected. After 2019 the whole country went through complete lockdown, loneliness,anger,pain,sadness,anxiety,fear and many more ....also we spend too much time on phones ,laptops and eat without doing much work. The most of the companies are selling dangerous junks and all of them are going into body. There could be lot of factors but if you remember the chos at the time of COVID it was unimaginable but the vaccine marking is simply using the protein or dead virus so that our body creates the mechanism. Ya there are side effects but haven't our body had adopted the lifestyle of lockdown time. Suddenly the life started again with double pace and our body are not is snyc physically, mentally and emotionally. Just take a deep breathe , meditate,eat fresh and more veggies,fruits, watch those things that make you happy ...you will see the change . This is what we can do because ..we all know that's something we can do rather than what is not in our hand anymore. We all are goona die anyways

Since covishield, my heart beat is irregular, tried variour doctors and various test, tests are normal, but in 7 days 24 hrs, my hearts beats irregular say 5 days 15 hrs...one test left that is TMT may get that done too, but my heart is not normal after vaccine and once it increases it increase for the entire day, i and other person also feel strong pulse on my left side below armpit, left of left chest. I also sweat a hell lot on forehead ...all after vaccine I regret the day i took the first dose Only hope and silver lining is pranayam, do pranayam it gives confidence, do bhastrika, kapalbhati, anulom vilom, bhramari and udgeeth also sheetli and sheetkari.

Yes true as my both parents are died within one year gap in heart attack, and that happened due to they took vaccination. They have some health issues but was normal but after this vaccine they developed more health issues.

This could be true a friend of mine took his third covaxin dose and after that he has suffered 2 heart attacks. After his second heart attack he quit smoking and drinking. Hope that he will be fine now 🙏
