Hey Charles, nice video! I can relate to Paul. I have 30varieties of rare figs too. I carry Black Madiera, i-258, Preto, Martinenca Rimada, Coll De Dame(s) Blanc/Noir/Roja/Blanca-Negra/Rimada. Tauro, Rigato Del Salento, and the list go on and on. Truly Addicting!!! Oh and I carry tropicals too here in SFBayarea. Take care!

Great video! I’ll definitely check out his figs as I’d love to add on to my 3-n-1 variety, especially some of the better and more rare varieties. He had some good information and I’m glad that we got to hear some of them. Thank you Charles!

Hello Charles. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I heard that there are parthenocarpic fig varieties that have small ostioles that impede entry of pollinating fig wasps for those who are sensitive to the notion that there may be wasp larvae in their figs. Can you shed some light on this please and thank you.

If you don’t t eat figs because you’re afraid of dead wasps remember there completely dissolved and there won’t be a trace left, it’s also a completely necessary part of nature with out the wasps sacrifice the evolution of the entire species “figs trees and wasps” wouldn’t exist.
