Police and judges are more arrogant than even the politicians. The whole system is faulty. Just developing these institutes would only give rise to more problems, instead the whole system should be amended and make it people friendly.

Actually just being a judge is not imp .. the quality, the mindset and the nature of the judge is also imp otherwise they will give baseless judgement in nupur Sharma's case without thinking causing violence

Main problem is the judges of the SC. They are not serious to their work. They do everything except their own duties.

Problem is ke India mai 70000 judges ko education, salary nahi de sakte sab ko acha doctor ya engineer hi bana hai judge koi bahut kam logo ko bana hai.

Do we have qualified people who can handle this position? I heard the similar news in case of IIT professor but then realised that there are not that qualified professor. They can hire more people but then they have to compromise with the standard of IIT. What if the case is same with judges? I am just asking....

Another reason is summer holidays. Imagine how many new cases gets added while they chill.

So you don’t think unnecessary adjournments sought by advocates every day is also one of the biggest reasons for delay @advocates adding to delay

Judge ban na itna aasan hota to 50% seats khali rhti kya? Government chahti hi ni hai seats bharna, wo sirf unnko judge banate jis se unka kaam ho, 40 recommended/qualified judges ki list jab sarkar / collegium ke paas jati to usme se ye log 1 ko v final ni krte. Aur judges/justice system decision making ke liye ni hai, litigations resolve krne ko h.
