Are Laser Turrets Overpowered? - Kerbal Space Program & BD Armory 

For a moment I thought it was the curse forge logo (if you can call it that even)

I did some testing and I found out that an effective counter to lasers is actually just a few light armor panels on the center of the craft. Now, I mostly work in space combat (bc i have no idea how to build planes.) but this could probably also be applied to regular aircraft as well. Because of the laser turret's perfect accuracy, it'll typically target the center of the craft. Lasers have zero armor penetration, and they struggle against even aluminum armor, so even thin plates will do the trick. By just placing a few light panels in the center, you can completely shut down a laser barrage, or at least survive until it runs out of electricity. I will admit I don't have any idea how to counter lasers that just target specific parts, or have any clue as to how to prevent them from blowing up missiles, but overall light armor is pretty good.

Put one turret one every side, change the files to give it more damage and yes, they are (or just put it on a AA tank)

Eventually ill have resources to buy a pc an kerbal. When i do i got some ideas to throw together in bd armoury. When i did have a ps4 and kerbal i spent hundreds of hours making jet planes and unguided/guided bombs in the stock game. Spent hours researching and watching other peoples ideas for inspiration.This plane wih the laser reminded me of a design i had awhile back for a high maneuvering high acceleration jet, my flaps were a bit different and i had a single vertical aleron for yaw. Miss it loads

hey can you explain how to make a plane drop bombs, especially the GPS guided one since my AI never really drops it just keeps engaging and then extending.
