After this video was released, Manchester City got bottled up by their city rivals during the derby. With Arsenal also beating their old rivals, it's almost over for Pep Guardiola to see Arsenal winning the Premier League. The Champions League triumph might save the club's disappointing season, but it's difficult because Real Madrid and Bayern Munich were also seeking for their last chances.
@@viksinha5410 What do you mean? Referee decisions had made Premier League the World Cup. How Japan managed to defeat 2010 champions Spain with a second goal that should be disallowed because the ball had left the play area. How Saudi Arabia managed to stun World Cup winner Argentina after numerous Argentina goals were disallowed.
Liverpool and Chelsea are in a crisis. They hit remarkable new lows every week by getting utterly humiliated. I’m not even going to watch that shitshow of a game on Saturday. We are not in a crisis; the Southampton game wasn’t important and we were unlucky in the Manchester derby with Rashford’s goal being wrongly allowed. Our lowest low in the last 5 years is 2020 when we gifted Liverpool the league and lost to Lyon in the UCL and Arsenal (still a banter club back then) in the FA Cup.
City had won the Carabao Cup that year. The lowest low for such a big club is 2013 when we gifted Manchester United the last league title so far (and under Fergie) and exited the Champions League group stage. They also failed to win FA Cup after losing to Wigan.
@@timmy6599 You're an average side. This is the same squad you have when City beat yall 6 - 3. You know what changed. Casemiro doing a perfect job of holding the CDM spot that yall didn't have with McFred. If yall lose him then this side is nothing.
We are so bad. We've lost three games this season. Two of those teams (Brentford and Manchester United) are average at best. We are not playing at our best. We need to rebuild the squad and Pep needs to play a different style of football and stop insisting on the 4 3 3. Those tactics don't work anymore.
united have always been good but coached poorly, and now there’s finally discipline and structure in that locker room you can see they’re still a top tier team. brentford are strong on their day but you should be beating them i agree
Mate I don’t mean to sound dismissive but well and truly you aren’t bad. In perspective you’ve been the best team in England (arguably Europe) for 4-5 years. Yeah the season is a bit of a dip so far but you’re 2nd/3rd and there’s loads of the season left. It’s just a bit mad to me people are freaking this much
@@ItsMe-ib1xt It's not even that. I just think Pep should go. Not for being a bad manager or anything, but his style of play isn't attractive and it's working less and less every year. City needs to revamp the team and let go of most of the squad. We cannot be like Liverpool and keep players who are old. We need to let go of the likes of KDB, Silva, Laporte, and etc... We need to bring in youngsters and get Pep or someone else to develop a new style of play in a new formation. We cannot keep throwing out big loads on money for the likes of Grealish
@@animamaster I do agree that you have a lot of aging players who need to be replaced and soon, but I feel like getting rid of KDB would be detrimental. Laporte can be replaced and Silva etc. but I feel like you’re in such a strong position as a club to be going into a rebuild period, especially compared to others. Sure you won’t be as successful as before but well and truly the level of success you’ve had isn’t maintainable for anyone. Keep Pep unless he decides to go, one bad season so far isn’t enough to want him gone imo and he can build a new squad easily I think with his experience. You’re not as good as before mate but it’s not surprising no one lasts at the top forever and you’re still a brilliant team
Only ones who are calling for Pep out is ones who are following City are the glory hunters or don't have a clue about football. Im 44 supported City all my life in the 90s in the 3rd tier of English football, message to the Pep out brigade if you can't support Pep and the team when we lose don't support us when were winning. MCFC for the Love not just Trophies 💙
arent you the same club that were saying arteta out within his first few seasons ? now youre riding him acting like youve been on his side the whole time
@@stewzs9269 incomparably different contexts. They’re backing him (I would say since the end of last season) because there’s been a progression of “the process” and now one of the most unprecedented opportunities to win a league title. He had to prove himself and weather pressure after successive losing streaks and low final standings. Pep on the other hand has *literally* nothing to prove; not since Arteta left or now. He’s almost single handedly built City’s hegemony of the league and, even if they fall out of favour, could still bring even further success. There is no plausible reason whatsoever for any City fan to be calling for his sacking.
@@TheRealPingu gonna quote an ex united manager here and say “Fine Margins” sorta like a certain ucl semi final against a certain Spanish team Not saying this was a city bottlejob but if jack fucking grealish of all people is the only player on your team to register a shot on target you know something went wrong
