MCM is so underrated! Their mini backpacks are so cute and give off a similar look to the LV one. I think it's a good option if you’re looking for affordability, luxury, and streetwear. Great video :)
Love MCM! Went to the store yesterday and saw a lot of goodies I have put on my wishlist. I have no issue with them being off the radar. They are definitely worth the price to me.
I have the medium black MCM Liz Shopper. It isn't leather but coated canvas. The trim and straps are leather. Anyway I have heard it has 9 layers of coated canvas compared to LV with only 3 layers, so I feel the quality is more durable. I have had mine over 5 years carrying so much daily and still looks new!
Visteos is just the name of the print. The bags like the Liz or softer totes are coated canvas, but the more structured bags like the Patricia, wallets or the crossbody wocs which are visteos print are actually leather. Mcm is great and I think very underrated! I find the quality better than Louis Vuitton especially for the canvas pieces.
Great, great video and you were spot on in your description as to where the brand sits in the luxury brand market and who it's buyers mainly are. One thing I have to pick you up on, it's actually 'canvas' not leather. Best to be precise on the info. We don't want a whole new generation being misinformed and spreading that misinformation on the internet, typical of followers today.
Great video I also have tons of MCM handbags and I love their quality. But that is not leather that is canvas. They are just like LV But I feel that there are more hardwiring.

MCM is one of the last high quality luxury handbag designers. It's good they go on sale . Unlike LV who would rather cut up their unsold goods than put on sale. Wasteful. - MCM is far better! I love that they are quieter. If you know, you know. ✨
When I tell you the quality is off the chain… it is. It’s very durable. I love mines. I want a couple more. Oh if anyone reading this and know how to remove a scuff mark please share I didn’t even know it was on there til I looked the other day.

Yes, it was bought by a Korean company but its heritage is German. I also see this as a German brand. As for products, majority are made in Korea but like i said earlier, some are also made in Italy.
Products are manufactured in Italy (mostly shoes and slides)and Korea. The materials come from italy and germany. So even if the company is owned by Korea now, the quality of bags are still the same.
Yes, they are made of canvas. That's the problem when people use the term faux leather. At some point someone drops the faux and it just becomes leather when the item isn't and here is where the confusion sets in. In this case just call it 'canvas', which it is. Like the LV Neverfull canvas totes.
Only the items that are soft and pliable are coated canvas. The other items with the visetos print (wallets, belts, wallets on chains, structured bags) are all real leather.
