@@TosTinMan good enough to zero pain fibromyalgia. I too had severe arm pain. Injections are done at the spinal level only. #1 A sacral dorsal root ganglion nerve-block. Month later bilateral injections at C5 -T1. That's 4 shots plus two more bilaterally in the sacrum of the miracle drug nerve block. The injectionist should be a trigger point type. This ends the reign of radiculopothy in the sacrum and the brachial plexus. The brachial plexus lasts 6 months. The sacral 3 months. Three years of zero pain. My biceps pain was the worst. I'm going to now suspend treatment to see how it goes. Ask neurology.
