Don't worry, slowest is the fastest way to reach anywhere. Retainers are not for lifetime for everyone. It depends on how strong your teeth are in howmany years. So don't worry take care your teeth

If you are okay with Retainers for lifetime process then I would suggest you to do your whole treatment from one orthodontics because they know what they are doing

bhai tu retiner ko 6 -12 month ke liye pahanaa. aur 6 -12 month ke baad retiner nikal dena agar tere ko daat jyada dheela lake ya aesa lage ki daat bahar aa re hai to doctor se dubara mil lena. lekin retiner jarur lagana minimum 6 month kyoki nhi lagayega retiner to daat relaps ho jayenge jisse tere ko wapas braces wala tretment karana padega

Don't worry, you don't worry. If you had so much problem in your teeth then it's better to get braces but for a little bit of issue, it's not worth it.

I wouldn't suggest you to replace your original tooth with the fake one. Front teeth is used to bite everything we eat and would be difficult to live with that your whole life. Well the choice is yours.

I have never heard about 3 months retainer but the things is teeth move after removing retainers, how are they gonna shift nobody knows. It doesn't have to be same as before. Might be better or worse. That's all I know for now.

Retainers 2 types kai hai 1 type is easily removable and other type is permanent

This is my story 😢💔 My lower jaw and chin was little bit undeveloped but I mistaken it for overbite. Due to this i was not confident to go outside or talk with people confidently, i never took pictures of me. But I was doing good with my life and studies ( scoring highest percentage in my class 12 and graduation) until COVID after i started wear mask then i addicted wear mask always i started to feel myself that I will look ugly due to my overbite if I remove braces. Then eventually I started to convince my mother to get me braces but she was always refusing by saying that you look good ( she was right) you don't need braces. But on 04/01/2023 without informing my mother after watching few RU-vid braces journey videos i decided to consult a local orthodontist and he informed me that I have to get removed my upper premolars. i asked him about the negative consequences but he didn't even tell a single negative consequences all he said was positive. But I was not ready to extract my teeth therefore I told him that I will decide and come tomorrow but that greedy orthodontist convinced me by saying that I'm free now it will only take 30 minutes, you have severe overbite even i told him that I don't have money now but he told me to give tomorrow his intention was earn to money. In urgency to earn money he didn't even tell me to get any x-ray. I got convinced and decided to extract my teeth. After coming back home with extraction my mother and aunt started scold me saying why you needed to extract your teeth. After that my treatment was going on after few months i started to realise that my face was getting ruined even my friends and family members told me about the negative changes. Then I started to feel regret about my decision. Lost interest in everything i couldn't able eat, sleep, study ( discontinued my MBA . Always depressed and crying about the worst decision of my life. My treatment was almost completed he told me to wear braces for 18months i did wear until 26months after i couldn't able to see those braces on my face then i told him to remove braces. After watching my teeth and face condition i decided to end my lfe but living for my parents. Now I'm living my life with in a room, looking how others enjoying their life.

This is not my place to suggest anyone but it depends on your teeth & jaw structure, if the situation is not good then go for it & remember this you will go as a patient and become a customer to the doctor because this might be a lifetime journey.

Cleaning process is the worst because koi clean nahi kr pata and you might have to go to the dentist every year to clean & pay the amount to get a new retainer
