How can we incorporate this with our 3 year old during bedtime? He doesn't want to stay in bed even though during bedtime we read books, tell made up stories, and give hugs and kisses. We recently moved him into a big bed and he's always getting up and stalling.

Please don’t use rewards for bedtime. It increases their bedtime anxiety. It’s better to teach him independent sleep skills without CIO. If you want to learn about this, a gentle sleep coach taught the sleep workshop in High Impact Club, this is the link www.marcelacollier.com/the-3-steps-to-eliminate-child-bedtime-battles

My daughter school uses reward charts and I addressed this a few times but no change. Can you give me some studies that support this information.
