Are Sick Days For Weaklings? 

Before any dumbasses come here saying "But ya'll have a podcast", we have full time jobs and do this for fun. We do not make money from RU-vid and even if we did we wouldn't say stupid shit like don't take sick days. You should be able to have a great work life balance in a society that we created the rules for. Don't work yourself to death for other people.

Never been 'sick' enough to go to a doctor and miss work. I have had 5 or 6 migraines which laid me out on the bathroom floor in total darkness and as much silence as I could muster until I would get violently sick, and then pass out on the cool tiles. I'm usually better within 4-5 hours and ready to go in 8. There's no way to predict it and no way to work through it. Sick days are for people whose jobs can afford it. I accept my responsibility for not making it in to earn a wage on that day and don't expect a company to pay me for hours I never worked unlike the spoiled, selfish workforce corporations moved production overseas to avoid. You cut your own throat and blame everyone else. Join a union, be a part of the inflation like all good americans.

😂 I love a good sick day because I don’t give a shit about the company I work for, and if I’ve got something better to do with my day I’ll do that. The answer is, treat your staff better and they won’t have sick days. Keep up the sick days, they’re awesome 🙌

I think his point was more that ppl these days take sick days all the time as an excuse to skip work. It's gone out of control.
