You are never alone; although the devil may try to deceive you into feeling isolated, rest assured that God calls you by name. You are cherished as a child of God and Psalm 50:14-15 says that “Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High. Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you… 🙏🏽 I will be praying for you!!

1. Not a hallucination 2. Just because science can't explain it doesnt mean it isn't spiritual 3. Becare what you bring in your home 4. Lay prostrate on the floor and repent: (Long story but I saw the positive consequences of doing this) 5. Just bc you call on Jesus doesn't men you can rebuke. You NEED to believe that he IS The way, The truth, and the life. Nothing comes through the father except through him+ 6. You can stop breathing (I have and scared the crap out of my fiancé.) 7. You can break out it. His stories are similar to mine. But unfortunately that is only 30% of what I truly have been through. Maybe I should write a book. Hmmm.

It was actually refreshing to hear I wasn't alone. While I've dealt with a lot from Sleep Paralysis I know it can be a rough and scary experience.
