In fairness to the Invincibles, they did have harder opponents than modern day teams like Liverpool and City. Also, going unbeaten for 38 games week in week out is incredibly difficult and can take a toll on several players fitness. I think its showing with Liverpool and their recent form. Edit: Reading the comments, I do get the arguments that suggest Liverpool had it harder. As a 12 year old who started watching football at 4, I have never actually seen the invincibles play. My comments are just what I've gathered reading other's opinions. Being a Gooner, Liverpool are the best team i have probably ever seen in the prem, and i have a huge amount of respect for Klopp, who, within a few years brought Liverpool back to their 70's form.

Yes they are overrated! Not saying that Arsenal team wasn't a great team but logically speaking isn't the greatest team of all time the team which wins the most games rather than the team which loses the fewest? If you go by the logic of losing the fewest then the Liverpool team of last season (which only lost 1 game) is therefore the 2nd best English team of all time (even tough we finished behind Man City last season). In the 1970's Perugia did an invincible season in Serie A (they are the only Italian side to ever be invincible) however due to their draws they finished 2nd that season behind an AC Milan team which lost 3 games. Technically you could be invincible and get relegated if you drew every game, so surely if that were the case you couldn't argue that a relegated team is the greatest of all time. Arsenal 03/04 is a great team and IMO is a contender for the best ever in English football. But being 'invincible' just sounds nice. It doesn't mean you are automatically the best team ever.

Yes, never won a European trophy, even an awful EL level Liverpool team in 2005 won the UCL. Alot of people would say no ones ever been invincibles but there are many different teams that've won the UCL, it's baffling that that Arsenal team that was so good never won a UCL. They're not overrated because of their quality, but I feel like they under achieved hugely by not winning the UCL and the media and fans overrate them aswell without looking at that. I'm a Liverpool fan but if you asked any Arsenal fan across the globe, I guarantee at least 90% of them would rather win a UCL then go invincible. Imo you will get more credit for doing a treble like United twice and winning the PL 3 times in a row twice or what Liverpool have done over the past 2 years and Man City have done in 2018 and 2019. Anyone that disagrees with me is welcome to do so. I'm not being salty or anything at all, I just feel this is my honest opinion.
