If they are found to not be neutral by past comments then they make their immunity void and can be prosecuted just like a president can on their decisions. You all are definitely well informed about the different trials. For what it is worth, the former President had Security clearance as a former President to maintain possession of all his documents. The department that handles clearance was asked by our Special Counsel to "back date" the removal of that Security Clearance to the January 21 . Which exposed the former President to his Florida situation. That's supposed to be just a "One of Many" revealed in the Unredacted transcripts from our Special Counsel. That kind of stuff is supposed to be redacted or the document case may go away... How can they get another handle on it. I have no idea!? 😞

Answer: No. The rule of law is falling apart. Not the cases. There has been so much nitpicking and cherrypicking about this small thing or that, this action by the prosecutor in their personal life or some other thing about a judge's daughter's Facebook post. We (the People) have an interest in the indicted person's actions having been done in a way that is something we do not want in our society, hence against the law... did the person do that thing??? That is all the question is -- here is the law, did they do that, what is the "prescription". If we are deciding Now that that law doesn't really apply, then... are we going to expunge all of the other people Tried under that, are those people going to be able to recoup losses, are we removing that law from the text in the books... b/c it has to be fair to ALL of us.

No. For the most part, past presidents have acted on behalf of the US with the prospect of being criminally charged, and had lawyers to consult. “Full immunity” opens the office to corruption. It’s important to think beyond the scope of Trump, and consider what a future presidents might do.
