The Puppet and the Mimic can't be the same character for multiple reasons, first of all in the Tales of the Pizzaplex the Mimic was shipped alongside with other animatronics to the Pizzaplex, if it was the Puppet then it would be impossible because the Puppet is buried deep under the Pizzaplex where FNAF 6 pizzeria is located. Secondly, in FNAF 6 we seem to have a look into the first version of the Puppet when we customize and buy commercial goods for our pizzeria and I believe it is the first version of the Puppet before the second version of the Puppet we see in FNAF 2. Thirdly, the Blob literally has the Puppet mask, now whetever the Puppet mask and other animatronics we see in the Blob is from FNAF AR or from the original animatronics, I think it still pushes the idea that it can't be the same animatronic or to the least linked, the only supporting evidence for now that it is to the least connected to the Puppet is the music box. It's too early to establish any connections for now, however the design of the Mimic from the trailer proves that the incoming game will either be a Fall Fest or a Circus game since the Mimic seems to have that circus theme vibe (it is worth noting that from FNAF 6 we have been getting hints of a circus theme entraintemnt place)
What else would have been circus themed. Circus baby's pizza world literally has it in the name also it's kinda weird that the mimic's suit has a line in the middle of it's mask which would suggest it opens up just like the fun times and the security puppet (I'm not saying that circus baby's pizza world took place in 1979 I'm just pointing it out that the mimic's suit looks like it could have been the same as the fun times)
People forget that we are told the puppet was shoved into the music box to keep it controlled and stop it’s “erratic” behavior, not that the puppet comes from the music box.
Well, Mimic is not really a Puppet, but maybe have some connection with each other, also, don't forget that Nightmare Endo is a little bit looks Mimic himself, or maybe he can change his endo smth..? Maybe Mimic has some crazy AI system inside of himself.. And maybe something else. But also music box can mean something.. And maybe in the box from FNAF 4 hidden something more than we think and maybe easy at the same time, actually like Mimic's AI System heart or else connected with that?.. Past...
ok i have a theory. we never get 100% confirmation henry and the puppet burned in the fire. perhaps it was henry's intention but he chickened out last second and fled with the puppet. and security breach is the consequence of henry trying to repurpose the puppet to bring back his daughter, but that goes horribly wrong.
In my opinion I'm not sure I'm not going to say one way or another but I wouldn't count the music as evidence the puppet returning because when security breach trailers came out I noticed balloras music was playing so me like so many others thought ballora was coming back when she was later steelwool confirmed she wasn't and because of that idk whether puppet is coming back solely the music this is just my my opinion though
Perhaps Henry was the one to create the Mimic. Haven't played the games or read the books, but I'm surprised no one theorized that the disassembled Endo present in the FNAF 4 day time back room scene was the Mimic
@@stick7962 I've heard that from the books that is the case. It may be different in the games. After all the books are just concepts to be used in future games. Or that's how it seems anyway.
Nightmarionne could be the real mimic help wanted did said the Indie developer got a little too creative well he made the game. And with all the Nightmarionne plushies all over the pizza Plex could be some weird story ideas or foreshadowing.
The books aren’t canon tho, we know this because of many differences between the game and books. Like the fact that the mimic doesn’t have bunny ears and the fact that there isn’t a giant tree in the middle of the pizzaplex💀 come on and use context clues lol
