That pool is maximum 15"x20" and that is a high estimate. $250,000? I am building a 25'x50' heated salt water pool with an 8'x8' spa and a 10'x10' sun deck for $152,000. I don't live in the middle of no where where everything is cheap. I live just outside Washington DC, nothing is cheap around here. Your prices are rather high but if you can get people tp pay that price, more power to you, it is business. Maybe you offer exceptional service.
They are using expensive materials but yeah it's mostly the design you are paying for and that they handle everything. Could do it for less but you would likely have to be more involved and make sure they are doing it right.
Honestly yes if you spend a lot of time outdoors this is the best extension of your home. If your looking to buy a home could always cut form on home cost to makeup for an awesome outdoor space especially if you entertaining
They almost got me (a different company) was going to charge me 250k for a 16x20 pool. I got another company that is building a pool almost double the size 25'x50 for $152,000
it looks great nonetheless, but you're asking 4x the actual price.. its not worth this price. this will not age well considering somewhat harsher climate conditions.
Mannnnn you guys are next level Thankyou for sharing the price !!! Love that u are sooo open !!! I learned TONS from your videos !!! Really opened up my mind!!
I mean its nice but the kitchen being that much despite it being less construction and materials than your actual kitchen leads me to believe it is inflated in price simply because it is placed outside and looks like luxury.
Very inflated. These contractors will charge 1M for a kitchen if they could get away with it. In construction, there is no set price for anything. You will be shocked how different the quotes you get will be, for the same project
I want to know how you have fixed the rope lights under the firepit and stairs near it. Are the rope light placed looking forward or in a way to make the light fall on the ground?
