Birkenstock is comfortable because it is like crutches for your feet. If you use crutches too often, you cannot walk when you do not have them. Don’t wear Birkenstock too much. They make your feet lazy. Makes your feet prone to injury when you are not wearing them. It is just like drugs. It feels good when you are having them. Makes you dependent and addicted to them.
To my understanding, it's kind of the opposite. Wearing soft shoes like Ultraboosts are actually hurting your feet. Not supporting your natural arches, pushes your toes together, etc. Wearing a harder sole like cork with the Birk footbed mold, can actually improve a lot of back and hip problems. After a while it feels so good to wear them because they mold to your feet and actually provide orthopedic support.
Well if we look at the materials and construction, $200 is actually reasonable. U buy these u can wear them for years and years. Now if u get some cheap ones for $80-$100 they'll last u maybe 3- 4 years
I'm not sure but they shouldn't be much different from here. $120-150ish for pairs. I do hear that they have outlets in Germany where you can find them crazy cheap. like 50-70% off
there is no innovation to the original design.. these are just the Boston model for a near 100% increase in cost. so it's not just lazy. it's also a scalping
@@icaprone1 I kinda feel you on this. Suede is better than the average pair but they didn't include the soft footbed. the $50 extra might've been stussys cut but who knows.
