Can remember when you showed them before and I thought they was a great idea then and I still do, easy and efficient way to get some shade, cheap and and easy to fit, and if you do break them Mike Kirsty is on hand to fix them for you 🤣😂🤣, another enjoyable vlog keep them coming 👍.

Good video. We had a shade like those on our Travel Trailer.. loved them. We are looking for shades for our 5th Wheel.. but need get bigger shades.. our awnings are much larger and higher than our travel trailer so the old shades wont fit. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much for this review and details of where to purchase. I need to get some of these for my new van as neither me or the dog (Hamish) like too much heat and the canopy alone doesn’t give that much shade, unless the sun happens to be directly over head. These seem spot on and I’ll be placing an order…. Cheers, Debs
hi debs yes sometimes when the sun is low and setting and if van is side on and shining directly in the door , these block the intensity, pretty amazing really , well worth the investment thanks again for watching mike 👍
Hi Mike and Kirsty, we have got a shade similar but its in one piece and black cost about the same but came from America on Amazon. Yours seem much lighter, ooh may have to look into these x

Those shades look great, once I finally manage to unwind the awning, only had the MH just over a month now ;-) I will see if they will fit. I think I have a Fiamma awning so should be ok? Great video once again. All the best from Gary aka TheGazzadj and Julie.

I always admired your sun shades and ordered 2 of the Thule ones thinking they would be the same as yours but ours are three quarters of the length of yours and much bulkier. I wish I’d just checked with you before I ordered ours 🥴. Thanks for sharing another useful video, even if it is a bit too late for me 😂.
@@TheFrenchiesMotorhomechannel I’ve just had a look at some photos to remind myself! It’s one sun shade to fit the old awning. I suppose it will still fit the new awning but it will be a bit narrow as well as a bit short!
Hi Guys we are thinking about coming down to a 3500 PVC. We really like your van, are they truly as good and rattle free as we have heard. Also can another armrest be fitted to the front seats. Thanks.
hi steve , yes we love our van and happy we downsized ( after some getting used too that is !) not rattle free though , i get the usual blind rattles etc but i definitely noticed a lot less rattles than previous coachbuilts , less swaying , more sturdy on the road etc , the rear lounge layout is brilliant but it means you have to make the beds up which can be awkward sometimes, if you are thinking of a new build you can ask for the seats with the 2 armrests from the factory , but in doing so you will lose the lumbar support as it’s where the 2nd armrest will go , so you can’t have one fitted to an existing 1 armrest seat if that makes sense , if there’s anything else feel free to ask all the best mike
@@TheFrenchiesMotorhomechannel we are just rewatching some of your vlogs. The van looks brilliant , we have to sell ours 1st a Burstner 744 . And I have just gone through the price list etc of a Rio , it’s made my bum sqeak!!!!However we will still keep looking and hoping to find a used Rio Auto 🤞with a decent spec.
