I use this Ulanzi case for my Zhiyun Smooth Q2 because it is much lighter than other cases when set with anamorphic lense + adapter for 52 mk variable filter. Like you say we need different solutions available.

The Ulanzi case fits 17mm thread lenses - Ulanzi, Sandmarc, Beastgrip (M), and so on. Sirui and Moment use bayonet lenses. The Sirui and Moment lenses were never going to fit. That is not the problem/fault of the Ulanzi case - it would be like trying to mount Nikon lenses on a Canon camera. Love your videos though. :)

I have the opposite problem, I have several 17mm lenses and recently picked up a SmallRig case for my iPhone that only works with Sirui lenses. Have you ever come across an adapter to make a 17mm lens work with a Sirui case?

Question, I understand that the moment and sirui fits together but do they actually position the lenses in the same distance? Have you tested to shoot videos to see if it focus correctly?

Thanks for your video. I have 18 mm moment lens series o , which I need a mount for an iPhone 6s, 8 and SE (2nd generation) Do you know of a compatible lens mount I could use since the original mount was a stick on and the their new universal mount is too expensive

Ulanzi will fit 17mm lenses. This includes their own lenses and Sandmarc, along with some more low grade ones.

There are M17 lense made by companies like Apexel and there are few of them out there and costs are much lower. Can I request that you do a review of these products, would be interesting to see if they can achieve similar quality images!

i dont believe so. Im pretty sure they use a different size mount.

No. Ulanzi is a 17 mm threaded mount lens. Moment is a bayonet lens.

a suject close to my heart, i use moment v1 lenses on moment iphone 6s case for my iphone 6s, then i use sandmarc's full range of lenses on sandmarc iphone 7plus case, witch i believe that the sandmarc lenses are far more superior lenses than moment, but thats just me ?. do more on lenes and cases if and when you can my friend.

You're not reading notes Man... Both Moment and Sirui lens are built in "Bayonet mount" locking system. While the ULANZI CASE that you ordered is a 17mm threaded SCREW type system. How in the world can you expect a Bayonet lens will fit a 17mm threaded case.? There are lots of Videos in RU-vid about this case, for sure you did not make a research for this. 😎😎😎

Ulanzi has pretty good Len's. But the case. GARBAGE.. I Purchased the wood back case and before I even installed my phone. It was damaged around the lens areas. So DON'T DO IT..
