It's great that you guys are cross training so you both know how to do stuff because you just never know when someone might get laud up for a little bit.

My thoughts exactly! There's so much he does, and time is so limited. I started learning to help out more to take some of the load off of him, but I was thinking the same thing the other day. He wasn't able to do a whole lot after his cochlear surgeries for several weeks, so it has been good for me to know how to do some of this stuff.

Hi Miki! Hi Bill!! Pouring rain here in Southeast Michigan….just pouring! But all is well, no basement flooding..yet. Nice job on the driveway!! I knew you could do it👍. Wow Bill, what a wonderful piece of equipment to remember you’re Father, yet to be able to use it! What a gift…❤

Good morning! Always good to see you! Hopefully you won't get any flooding. We had a lot of wind and rain come through from Debby, but thankfully no flooding and all is well here. 🙏 Thank you for the confidence in me. I enjoy learning - especially on the tractor. Bill was out for several weeks when he had his cochlear surgeries so it's good for me to know how to do stuff like that if he can't. His dad has made so many things that we've used around here - good quality that you can't buy at a store. It's nice to have those hand-made things that will be around for a very long time. ❤❤🤗🤗

That’s wonderful!! That’s how I know I lose or gain weight, my cloths art either tight or lose. The only time I step on a scale is twice a year…Dr’s apt. It’s a great feeling getting fit. When I ran marathons in my youth, I remember how awful I felt on my first full run mile. Omg…just awful. But I got pissed, and kept doing it everyday. I was so fit and strong! Keep at it hon, as long as you feel great, you’re endurance increases and you’ll be on fire!!

I don't like getting on the scale. I am feeling a lot better. I still have a lot more to go, but I'm a lot more active and can tell a difference. I choose to walk a lot more - even having the sidekick - I still prefer to walk when I can. I was always so fit up through my 20's and enjoyed sports in high school. But after my 20's and a horrid c-section, I don't think I'll ever get my tummy back. It's crazy how your weight also affects your mental and emotional state. You and I are a lot alike in so many ways. Determination is a very strong thing! I'm so glad you didn't give up. Running takes a lot of endurance and training. That is amazing you ran marathons! Thank you so much for the encouragement! 🤗❤️

That was a sad day, but I couldn't leave the dog until Bill got home. It was a good thing I had paid attention to him using the backhoe - it took me a while to dig that hole, but I got it done.

He definitely likes older models so he can work on them. We figured out that it was the safety switch under the tractor seat that made it cut off. Luckily, that's all that was wrong.

@@CelebratingFarmLife I hope to have updates coming soon...I had to bite the bullet and order a camera. I tried filming monday/tues. but it was so bloody hot, the camera kept shutting down. Horses love this new property! Something was bothering them on the other farm/backyard 4 acres...Duke let's me hang out with him again! yay
