Ya. The question should have been fastest land animal while running. Several birds are faster, a few fish are faster, hell, even some insects are faster. I call BS.
@@DaveH82 The thing is that the falcon can get faster than a human in free fall. A bird can still "push". And it made it to the height from which it darts down on it's own power. And if you don't want the falcon, there are fish faster than a cheetah and they not only are propelled by their own power, they also face more resistance than land animals or birds. (water is denser than air so it creates way more resistance)
20:52 Dev really clocked that kid, huh? 😂 Loved how he just joked about it. The vibes were pretty chill in this one even if the pace was intense. Seemed like they were all trying to enjoy themselves
I think you let the 5th graders down with the "largest river" question. From what i remember the Amazon (like the children answered) is the biggest river (most amount of water transported) while the Nile is the longest river. So, unclear question and i would give points to both. 11:02 as a spectator ;-)
its not both... he was totally wrong... he asked the LARGEST river... not the LONGEST river. While there is debate recently over re-measurements with modern technology... there is no debate that the Amazon is still much larger. Larger and Longer is not the same thing.
@@AyaWetts English isn't my native language, so maybe i am wrong. But i have seen the word large being used exchangable with both big and with long. Hence why i claimed the question was unclear.
@@badmashbm in which dimension? 150m longer? wider? In any case 150m is not a number i would think plausible. The nile is more than 150m longer than the amazon, but it transports less water.
Oasis ruined the Asian stereotype by not sitting in the Math category Don't know why but I had hoped Fruitty would be good at Math While Nal strengthened the Blondes are dumb stereotype Dev looked such a cute dork with the glasses Bert - certified to play a Mean Girls character due to her attitude Alythia showed off some hidden knowledge Fasffy - played the quirky cute kid to perfection
Yes, and the second question they got right but didn't get points in my opinion was the river question: "largest" can mean more than one thing. The amazon like the kids answered is the biggest river by amount of water transported, while the nile is the longest if my memory doesn't fault me. So asking largest river points either towards the amazon or at least both answeres should be counted correct as the question was inaccurate.
9:00 That question is fucked up. Amazon is the world's largest river OFFICIALLY. Neil never was officially recognized as a world's largest river cause depending on the people's measurements it is either longer or shorter than amazon and final decision was never made.
To be honest, I'm not very fond of the notion of women pretending to be dumb in order to be perceived as "cute" or whatever. I mean, showering Tanner with praise because she managed to do one middle-school arithmetic operation? Really? That's your standard for intelligence? Being able to split a bill 9 ways? I don't understand this type of infantilisation.
Only the perigrine falcon can dive at over 200 miles per hour, most are around 100-150 mph. They sucked at specifying the questions. Even so, I still wouldn't consider them the fastest, as they don't use energy when going into a freefall dive. To gain speed, energy is used, but for the dive, it's mostly all potential energy being converted into kinetic energy, which would be the same as saying a basketball is the fastest ball because it goes the fastest in free fall; it's still inanimate and doesn't actively consume energy.
8:33 I have a feeling the person who wrote the questions does not speak English. Large means highest water volume, and that's the Amazon. The Nile is the longest river on the planet (also debatable, it depends on the measurement method: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-litMp_GGOAc.html)
i was actually thinking either Nal or Tanner were going to say "well, i may not be smart but i got me some...... uhhhh.... can we say that in front of 5th graders? " now i think about it more, i'm surprised there was no bad words or "adult talk" that i noticed.
peregrine falcon is tha fastest animal, but I wasn't paying attention to the exact phrasing. cheetah is the fastest animal on land. Cray is the most condesending teacher I know 😂😅
12:45 "A" and "an" are the same thing, just use "an" before a word that doesn't have a vowel sound (not letter; "an X" still works, because the N removes redundant stuttering and "X" sounds like "eks," thus "an eks").
Between the 5th graders bullying and the TOS sass to Cray resulting in "timeouts" this was an entertaining video. Ashamedly when the fraction question was asked I immediately went DENOMINATOR and remembered that's the bottom number and realized I'm pretty dumb too.
A prime number is a number that only 1 and the number itself. None prime numbers are numbers than can multiply to create that number. for instance 6- 1,2, 3. 1x6=6. 2x3=6. 3x2=6 35- 1,5,7 1x35=35. 5x7=35. 7x5=35 99- 1,3,9,11,33. 1x99=99. 3x33=99. 9x11=99
