Stats mean nothing without an analysis and every analysis of the unemployment initiative Obama took and then trump accelerated, tells a completely different story. Our gig economy produced low unemployment...by incentivising working 2 or 3 jobs to get by because wages have not only remained stagnant, the buying power of the working class has shrunken. And this is accross all racial/ethnic groups, with a delta in the severity of this dynamic happening in poc communities. It's also important important note that most economists agree unemployment should not fall below a given % bc to go lower would have extreme adverse economic impact. Ingraham angle is interesting, intelligent journalism. Sure everyone has their biases - but not everyone presents bias opinions in fair, informed, and reasonable ways. Laura has the class and pedigree of a great journalist (and no doubt a wonderfully intelligent person). That's the problem with issues like these: so many want to only address the most basic and recent facts. Truth doesn't work like that any more than a person who claims to be honest while omitting relevant and essential facts is telling the whole truth. Our society has way too many ignorant, lazy and self-serving people when it comes to the truth - a direct result of the "American Exceptionalism" narrative. This will be one of the root causes of the fall of the U.S.

I looked up the study, it was studying the potential reactions to Trump's rhetoric on racism on an individual level. What Fox said is a little misleading, the way they framed it was an attempt to make Trump look good. In reality, the changes in individual racism in America doesn't actually tell us if Trump is racist or not. The only way to truly listen is to believe that your mind can be changed at any moment. Dr. West would be welcomed in any room because he does just that, listen. This is what our political landscapes need to harbour, people like him, giving their stances and listening to the others in the room.

The professor seems more respectful and understandable when it comes to stats that may go against, lets say, his side of the political spectrum. Hes criticized both sides which is nice. His definiton of identity politics is spot on, Neo-lib politics that dont go after the corporations and the war machine that is the military industrial complex which both republicans and democrats are in bed with.

Grotesque wealth disparity?? The language has been less than Presidential. Trump has not behaved in a dignified role of a leader. He does not have that allowance to be petty, low brow or indulge name calling in his role. His tweets have cultivated a more divisive and unproductive climate and he should consider that. Poking Biden after a sexual misconduct claim was I appropriate and undignified. Petty.

TW Peck not a big fan of Laura ingraham. Watching Laura when Candace is on the show I feel she’s not a big fan of Candace and every time she has been on her show, it feels as she always cuts her off and give the opponent the last word. I respect and admire Candace Owen and think that she is a very talented and brave women. I wish this interview was on Hanity or Tucker I think Candace would have had a lot more to say. Just my opinion.
