There is so much confusion out there! We are on our own when trying to dig up the truth on every piece of information we come across. On the subject of Tocotrienols, Tocopherol, Vitamin E in general.... Here is what I see on many channels, including one entitled Natural Health Resources: "..... This synthetic Vitamin is linked to causing cancer, high blood pressure, cardiac risk, and osteoporosis......" One commenter on that video stated this: ".... I have been taking d-alpha tocopherol for approximately 40 years with no health complications. I just did some research since watching this video (talking about the Health Resources video): Vitamin E from NATURAL sources is commonly listed as d-alpha tocopherol on food packaging and supplement labels. SYNTHETIC (laboratory-made) Vitamin E is commonly listed as DL-alpha Tocopherol...."(of course, the latter is the one suspected of causing health problems).
Thank you for sharing this! Food labels have become very complicated, confusing, and misleading. Constant, personal research is key now. When it comes to foods, medications, and even home and personal care products, if I don’t understand something on the label or question it, I just avoid it. Thank you again - I appreciate your response!
Thank you for clarifying the two different types of alpha toco! I just looked at my multivitamin and it has d alpha and not dl alpha. I trust this company very much and i was having a bit of anxiety about it!
@@KevinCoblerOfficial I have the same question. Trying to get rid of suspected toxic personal care products, but even the safest sunscreen and lip balms im scavenging have tocopherol..
