Thanks Alan for the sharing. See China relaxing their cooling measures which never say never for Singapore case and price will spike again for private properties if that happens if the economic conditions are better.. however, with the impending interest cut by Fed, the cooling measure not likely to be removed

China market n ours are totally different markets. Foreigners cannot buy except for a minimum price. You can watch my Guangzhou videos.

Base on my real experience. My first resale HDB bought at peak😅 my first pte also bought at peak.😅 Still all make money. Even my investment property that rental not enough to cover loan, still make money. As long u hold long term, just buy 😂😂😂

Private just started to climb..it has to be at least 40% higher than the recent hdb 1.75m, if private is peak now,,u saying all Hdb above 1m are big rotten carrot heads

Another factor is the mortgagee and auction sales. I frequent the Amara hotel KF auctions, and recently prices still haven't come down significantly yet. Lots of owners still hanging on to their La-la land valuations

Hard to say. According to most big property agencies , around 80% of condo sales in the last 2 years are locals. And before anyone say the usual trope of Oh These are new citizens. Nowadays it is very difficult to get PRs here in Singapore, just look at the number of foreigners complaining about it online and even more difficult to convert to SG citizenship and sorry for, rich people, no more golden visa program liao

The Most important is 0ne is happy and willing to share. 0ne is also free to 0bject or to Reject anyone's opinion, no problem, none at all. No need to be harsh "sour grape" 0r any Negatives. To tell the truth, not going to lie, Negatives will not go far in life. 0ne laughs, the world laughs with You. 0ne cries, 0ne cries Alone. This Wisdom is Time Tested for Centuries. Go on, carry on, go ahead with 0ne's "sour grape" and it doesn't affect 0thers, gain nothing from it.

That was the historical dinosaur. Game-0ver. Today, people are being measured by how successful 0r how wealthy, net worth, income, so on and so forth. You often see arguments and fights occurred in poverty families, violence, delinquent juveniles, crimes, drugs, criminal records, debts, suicides, miseries, sufferings, etc. In my younger days, I did volunteer works (unpaid), expenses paid from my own pockets, helping in the old folk homes, school for the blinds, donated money to the mouth and Foot Painting Artists, asking donations from the businesses and shops for donations to help poor students to buy books, uniforms, shoes, and perhaps a little bit of pocket money 0r foods, especially tonic drinks like 0valtine. 0valtine is the "BEST" and the "Earliest" brand trusted throughout the decades since 1950s in SG. I learned from the wisdoms of 0thers and applied the wisdoms of 0thers = Bless today with a cushy comfortable life without stress 0r worry, none at all. Perhaps, it was my previous kind compassion voluntary works (unpaid) from my heart, tirelessly, rewarded me today with good health, no sickness, healthy, no cough, no flu, no fever, no nothing, no medicine, no visit to doctor, no nothing, unvaccinated. I am already a grandpa. I am still healthy, staying away from unhygienic arguments or debate for nothing. Travelling abroad to enjoy and to relax myself with rest and recreation before my full time is up. 2000 started @ $500 k / 2024 ended @ $2.5 k net worth / never borrow / all paid in Cash.
