Charlene Reinhart I’m a nurse and I can tell you KVD foundation stays all day with mask changes for 12 hours. It’s a very matte foundation. Like if you are oily you would love it. I’m very dry so the foundation stays like paint and looks dry. So it doesn’t go anywhere.

Personally I never saw the hype in her products . I mean at the time I could see why but even back then I didn’t get it . Only difference I saw in her was she was a tatttoo artist and made a foundation for it . In my eyes her hype was only because of that and she was “Dark”. But a lot of people end up not liking her products or not interested in it. Her products never interested me in the store or I don’t find them to be as good as the hype was . I don’t think ⭐️ was full reason to why she was slept on but was part of it. Also I just feel like she got boring because after the ⭐️ situation I feel like she never did anything to come back and move on from it .

KVD Beauty has always stood for compassion to animals, artistic creativity in makeup, and wonderful formulas. Plus killer packaging. Regardless of whatever controversy Miss Von D had, she is no longer the CEO and half of what was said about her was reach. The makeup brand is truly one of the best in Sephora and needs to be given a second chance in this soft rebrand. Specially now that half it's products are on discount.

Butnif you read between the lines, she hints her child is vacinated. She knows she was wrong and has made amends by vaccinating and giving away her brand.
Hannah King you do realize hitler stole the swastika, many years before him it was a symbol used by hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It has multiple meanings such as fertility, good luck, etc. I don’t like kvd, BUT, her husband has spoken that he got it because the Buddha had a swastika on his throat and he hated how a symbol with good meanings got stolen and ruined by Hitler.
Their mascara is actually one of my fav in the market. Concealers is top notch as well, their foundations, all the liners, brows pomade and pencil (not the powder as much), BRUSHES!! (SO underrated). I sell this brand to my clients on a daily basis, and I don’t have to do much or try to outsell because if used correctly, the whole line is actually phenomenal quality, the products are so versatile, I can do bridal everyday rosy makeup to full heavy on drag with all their products. Not to mention everything wears incredibly well without having to do too many touch ups, and I’m a sweaty ass bitch. and also great price point!!!!

Both Shade and Light palettes are amazing! The eye and powder contour palettes! The brow pencil is amazing!!! I’ve always been obsessed with ABH but I switched over to the KVD one because the shape was so different then anything I’ve ever seen. It just gave me a very soft natural brow. The shape of the pencil helped give easy hair like strokes. The foundation is so full coverage, it’s amazing. It works so well with a beauty blender. Honestly I’ve never stopped using her products. When I worked at Sephora I was able to sell a ton of her products. The foundation powder is also really good! Super full coverage and can be made to not be as matte with a good hydrating setting spray!🖤
As a darkskin black girl, I’ve always loved how inclusive KVD has tried to be from the beginning. When their full coverage foundation came out and they had darker shades I bought that shit so fast even though the undertone was bright red. I was just so happy to find something closer to my shade. her products are underrated.

I LOOVVEEE the anti precision eyeliner for doing my waterline and tightline. I have THE WATERIEST eyes and it’s the only eyeliner that glides on easily to the waterline yet doesn’t budge throughout the whole day. also the anti-precision tip makes it more comfortable to apply to the waterline since there’s no wood part to the pencil to scratch your eye and you don’t have to sharpen it to a point which can be uncomfortable in the waterline. Since I’ve found it it’s been the only eyeliner I’ve used in my waterline

I love the Double Dare liquid lipstick. I've gone through about 20 tubes of it. It's just a perfect everyday rosy color. I also love the shade and light palette. I've gone through several of them! ❤
I always have lived KVD products because of the colors were deeper. The Lolita palettes were amazing. I also loved her butterfly palettes. The only thing I didn’t care for was the drying liquid lipsticks. They were like trying to apply the desert to your lips. But over all all of their products were great! I love the new True Portrait foundation! Its very liquid and you have to shake it before using, then you have to use a few drops at a time and apply with your fingers. It melts into the skin and it appears to me that it covers my dark circles!

I love the Lockit Powder, the Tattoo EyeLiner, and the white Cake EyeLiner. The Cake Liner is amazing on my waterline. It's the only Liner I've found that is truly waterproof. Your makeup is gorgeous!
