To change bad habits we only need 3 things: 1) Will to change 2) Belief that we can change 3) Knowledge of how to change. Maybe 4) is to actually put in the work
Listen to this man ….. I am one of those suckers right now …today I got a big boost about something and in a while I didn’t feel like any consistency of motivation …. Just like something was blocking me and it s myself … sometimes we need to listen to guys like this that slaps you in the mouth and tell you like it is …. Work gets rewarded always … of course there are some other things that help but complaining won’t do shit for anyone ….. listen to this man
