Great Tips! I'm a big advocate for number 3. Being a social worker/counselor/ soon to be therapist, a lot of my friends and family plus co-workers come to me to vent or guidance. Its cool because I love helping people. However, I had to learn the importance of applying self care and establishing boundaries. Sometimes, its easy for me to become overwhelmed or burned out. That is why I love going to the gym to workout and playing video games. When I'm at the gym or playing a new video game, I put my phone on silent. Excellent video once again! Your definetly becoming one of my fav content creators and I'm subbed to over 800 people lol
