Bucerias might be an option. Although, it's not PV or located in the same state, but it's pretty close to PV.

I lived in Versalles on Calle Hamburgo and it would take me aboiut15-20-minute walk to a more secluded area of the beach. Versalles is such a great neighbourhood and I loved it there, it's centrally located and very quiet.

I own in Versalles really nice neighbourhood good shops and restaurants centrally located, the bad is when it rains heavily the streets flood and the sewers back up creating rivers of poop it’s gross and I’m surprised they haven’t upgraded their infrastructure, for this reason I would not visit or live their from May to October.

While I love your videos about the properties (because they are full of info but are still short, sweet and to the point) I also love you taking your videos in this direction because buying a property is not only about the property itself. Question for you though, you mention the distance to walk from Versalles, but when you look at a map of Versalles, it seems like the “burb” is on an angle going from South West to North East. What would be the difference between walking to the malecon from the lower part of Versalles (SW corner) vs the upper part of Versalles (NE corner)? Thanks, Elena and good job!!!

Thank you Kate! The walking distance from NE to SW of Versalles is about 20-25 minutes (moderate to fast paste walk).
