Are you colorblind? How good are your eyes? Well, let's find out with this color blindness test!
Seeing everything in black, white or gray is very rare. Colorblindness usually only slightly affects your ability to see certain colors. Red-Green Color Blindness is the most common type. But there are also people with a Blue-Yellow Blindness. Overall men are much more likely to be colorblind than women. That's because inherited color blindness is on the X chromosome, of which men only have one, while women have two. Only one functioning gene is enough, so women have to have the defect on both their X chromosomes, what is pretty rare.
Can this video be used as a diagnosis?
Well you shouldn't use it as such, since it isn't a proper test executed by a doctor. If you have a suspicion that you might be colorblind, you should go see your doctor.

There are more levels of colorblindnnes. Theres is severity like strong or low. When GeorgeNotFound did the colorblind test it was saying that he has the severity was strong but when he put the glasses he had severity low so the colorblind glasses doesnt really affect their vision with everything. But if you use them more and more your eyes are getting better at seeing colors

In most examples the brightness of the color changed more than the hue so I don't think colorblind people would have that big of a disadvantage.

This is exactly what I was thinking, they didn't even do a red green grey test... or blue green (the next most common)... you have to change the hue not the brightness you actually test, and later ones should be smaller hue change

I’m actually legally blind, but I got almost all of the tests right, except for the exceptionally hard ones, only picked the odd one out in the blues, so although I can’t see far, can’t see facial expressions etc, this means I am almost fully sighted when it comes to colour vision, so I’m glad I can see well when it comes to this aspect of vision.

As somebody who Is colorblind, this is a horrible and inaccurate test. 1. Because there is many different types of colorblindness 2. This doesn’t even show if your colorblind or not.

I am an exceptionally rare yellow-only color blind. I think videos like this NEVER seem to get right is that the depth of tone (dark verses light) is often obvious. As a result, identifying which color is "different" is not hugely difficult. For me what is the actual name of the 'color' is impossible.
