My wife is from an even smaller town down the road from Punxsutawney. The town is so quiet the movie "Groundhog Day" was filmed in Illinois, much to the embarrassment of the locals. Shout out to Laska's Pizza, very unusual pizza but it's delicious.

I don’t know that this is garbage, but my parents are divorced so growing up we had christmas with my mom on Christmas eve and then with my dad on christmas day. My mom would have all the decorations down by the 26th, sometimes even on christmas day
I graduated 10 years after Kippy (2012) literally every single thing that he said has been “phased out” or is just a high school movie trope definitely happened in my high school. Cheerleader car wash. Most likely to be… in the yearbook, and pep rally’s were definitely every year in high school 😂😂
