Excellent! This is very true as well. Monologues are much easier to understand than everyday conversation for me anyways. Like you said setting goals is the key!
kakak your english is fluent enough to be said nearly to being native. You might have been abroad for years which is good for you. Happy to find you here..hitting my english,as hard as I could,to be a bit like you do now.🤭
i absolutely argee non-native speakers need to use authentic contents to improve more higher goal. you are the right one. thats why i clicked thums up!
I am a native English speaker and I want to clarify one thing that Naila said, when Naila says that you shouldn't use the content of this channel to get the right input because she is not a native speaker, I respectfully disagree. the only way I know that Naila is not a native English speaker is because she said told us. Naila's English is at the level of a native. I have yet to find anything in her videos that is not consistent with a native speaker. Absolutely nothing. It is true that normal conversations between natives are better than instructional videos, so I would still take Naila's advice and seek other sources, but not because Naila is not a native speaker.
I think your English is superb (I am a native) and this sort of material could be a good bridge for intermediate learners, but I agree that learners should ultimately challenge themselves with more difficult material, something that I myself fail to do sometimes.
