Love it that you remain faithful to POV. Nothing worse than constant cut-aways to a human face describing what they can see when they should be filming it. An egoless youtuber is a rare treat these days. Well done mate.
This is so right. There's way too many videos of people talking about an aspect of a movie or game or whatever, and 90% of the video is just their face and blah blah blah, I usually just turn it off quickly if I see it's like that.
it was so cool seeing the flashback to when it was all being used and how it looked fully working to this decaying giant that it is now. What did all the dials on the console relate to? the big ones in a row.
yeah I kinda want longer music cuts where we just drift off with the chill soundscapes. Especially at the end looking out over the giant factoryscape with the drone.
He's not just a guy seeking the thrill from going on private properties or whatever, he's also an explorer and tells us about the history of the buildings etc, I really appreciate that.
The way Shiey got away with it was simply epic, thanks to the perfect cooperation from Poison! Those guards are probably still searching and wondering how he did it.
It's rare for me to write comments. The place where you showed the industrial plant made me emotional in a way. You have a true gift of capturing the atmosphere in the places you visit. Also, your sound editing is phenomenal.
Can't wait for Shiey's view at the top of that telescope. What a great way to escape :) And this chemical powerplant is sick in that fog. Your eye for capturing atmosphere is great as always! Stay safe
Dude my heart is beating so fast and I feel the adrenaline with you guys, that was so epic!!!! The hiding, drone spying, shiey talking to security, helping him escape, then being stealth in the factory... it looked like the plot of a movie. Never in my life I thought I'll get to see something like that, you guys are amazing, keep doing what you are doing
Usually dont leave comments, but your content never fails to let me down and genuinely is some of the best modern cinematography out there, and it's just candy for the eyes and ears with your editing and sound quality. Keep up the great work!
As soon as the music started at 23:00 not even 2 seconds after it started I went "is that ducking minecraft music" it was most definitely minecraft music.
Visual masterpiece. You set the scene so well for the second part. A big build-up of anxiety, then the calm when the audio kicks in. Always so much emotion in a video.
I love how we started with a trainsurfing video and now we are here. Man made a masterpiece once again. Als ik naar jou videos kijk voel ik me echt een fiere Belg.
The mural inside the control room with the control panel theren (6:46) is an incredible shot. The lace curtains, the high ceilings, the sculpted ceilings, the marble floors, the stone walls with huge arches, and the soviet control panels, AND THEN THE CHERRY ON TOP that magnificent mural. What a room. What a soviet room.
i love how your and shieys videos are always so artistically different . the section at 22:49 was so insanely beautiful really showcasing your filming ability and your artistic vision. i love how you and shiey both take time to breathe and take it all in , it really adds something magical. keep it up bro and stay safe out there
love your style man. also love it when you’re with Shiey you two got a chill vibe together like you understand each other without words that’s pretty cool
this is peak content, the video and the music is just perfect. the moment the minecraft music started i immediately thought about how you live life as if you were in creative mode lol
GIFGAS adventures are at the top of my list, even though I'm almost 50 years old. Takes me back to my childhood exploration days! Fantastic stuff. Cheers!!
This is probably one of the most enjoyable videos i have watched. The cinematography you do and the music you choose always seems to make me feel like i am with you in this adventure very immersive.
The echo effect is because of the parabolic shape of the telescope. Basically it makes the sound waves bounce around in a way that focuses the sound in certain places and makes it louder. Science!
Cinematogaphy 👏 Editing 👏 Music 👏 Content 👏 You even got Shiey on the adventure?? 👏 Best 30 minutes of the week. Thanks for taking me along, even though I am thousand of miles away.
I questioned if I was watching a Wes Anderson movie or a youtube video in the first minute. The mix and level of the "vlog" and cinematography is so well done...
dude as an american , these videos create such a weird (but cool) feeling for me. it’s like i’m experiencing these places as if it were me walking around and traveling. plz never stop traveling and recording!!
Great mission, great views and especially great escape in the first chapter. Some of us probably know about that telescope, but it still looks so retro-futuristic and "Boards of Canada" stylish, you know🙃 Cheers from Ukraine, guys!
i just rewatched this video and its still my favorite. idk what it is. maybe the editing, the song (which i got a special connection to) or the overall vibe. anyway thanks so much for this i love what you do and keep up
people read books, watch movies or listen to stuff but the stories u tell us here are by far one of my favorites. im really thankful for ur videos from the bottom of my heart❤️
As always a great video. All that steel you climbed at the factory gave me flash backs of when I used to paint that type of stuff. Bridges, pipelines, stadiums, submarines, aircraft carriers. Before health and safety and mandatory drug tests. I’d just climb up it all like you do when nobody was looking. It was the confined spaces I disliked most. A challenging job seeing as I had a large heroin habit to upkeep. Not easy when I was in a different place all the time. Beetham Tower in Manchester was the highest I ever climbed on the very top of the steel sail on the roof. I don’t miss the job and I’m glad my habit is in the past. It was Poison 😉
