Are you making these mistakes during Intermittent Fasting? This could be hampering your progress and in fact also taking you steps behind in your fitness or weight loss journey. I tried Intermittent Fasting mindfully after I had my second baby and these are the things that I learnt. Hope this helps! Leave me a question in the comments if you have.

I am a certified Waldorf educationist. I also am an Instagram mommy blogger. I also have a channel called BE SAFE where we create videos on how to be safe online. But most importantly I am somebody who wants to make a difference by sharing my experience and my research on various matters relevant in today’s time like motherhood, pregnancy, fitness, health, postpartum fitness, breastfeeding, parenting and life. I have been doing intermittent fasting for about month now. I have Irritable bowel syndrome and it really helped me.Things that I changed in my routine- I have been skipping my breakfast. I included dahi and dry fruits in my afternoon snack. I don't eat until I am overbearingly full and rather eat till I don't feel hungry. All of these have been helping me a lot with IBS symptoms. But, I did not have to push my body through it. I slid into the regime very effortlessly. So, like she said it's best to do what suits you. ❤

Do you have a specific protein carb fat ratio you follow? I have IBS too and struggle with bloating. Is coffee advisable?

@@Muraddharani Yes. Not in a hard and fast way but I try to have vegetables, fish/egg/meat/soyabean : carbohydrates in a 3:1 ratio. I drink black coffee in the morning and black tea sometimes in evening because milk increases my bloating. I have tried oatmeal but it's important I feel to adjust the amount which suits you because too much of oats(fibre) can also trigger bloating. All these has helped me but it's better to trial and see the results.

I am also following satvik diet since months and it has cured my gas problem that I was having since teenage... skipping breakfast 🤗

Exactly what I was looking for .. thank you for all the information 🙏🏻 My only problem is ( if you can help me ) I want tea with milk in the morning I feel very sleepy without it .. can u suggest some options? I drink tea and after one hour I do my workout till 12pm .. I don’t want to have tea till 12 pm but I know my problem is tea 😔
