Just ordered this today! My kids and I just finished Gloomhaven JOTL and LOVED it but we didn't want to 1) wait on Gloomhaven 2.0, 2) jump into Frosthaven, or 3) find a copy of the original GH knowing 2.0 is coming (sometime), I started looking for a game similar to JOTL and this one looks AMAZING! I think the thing I'm most excited about is the way it plays without 20 minutes of set up! I love JOTL, like I said, but set up and then up KEEP - make sure you move the mana, make sure you draw initiative for monsters, make sure you mark HP - really was a lot. It's part of why I wanted something simpler before going to Frosthaven which, I hear, is even MORE fiddly stuff. I also like the maps and how they are just set up with the monters and all already printed on them. Yeah, anyway, it looks amazing! Thanks for the review!
