Omicron is very mild, but more transmissible. The vulnerable are already protected. If anything this variant is just going to boost all of our immunity. All of this panic and sweeping in of restrictions is completely unnecessary.

The fact that the well informed governments are not afraid to mix and mingle and party unprotected should tell the British public everything they need to know about this so called ‘ deathly pandemic’

When this lockdown rubbish started 2 years ago, my first words to my partner were, 'This won't end well' . Looks like I was right. I'm a 70 years old ex police officer, haven't been jabbed, go to the pub twice a week, never taken any precautions and this terribly contagious virus has missed me. Even when the pubs were shut we all went to a friends and continued as usual. I am not a lucky person so in my opinion everything relating to Covid has been either staged or exaggerated. I don't even believe Boris was ever in hospital either.

The problem right now, here in Margate is that everybody seems to be walking about proudly wearing the ridiculous masks again as though it is all normal. I contacted Roger Gale yesterday to express my disappointment with the party and inform him that I would not be supporting the Conservatives any longer until rationality returns to he houses of parliament.

Folks if you’re waiting for the man from Del Monte to say “yes” to the question ‘is it over’ you’ll be waiting forever. This only stops when WE stop it.

The reason they're testing travellers and allowing testing for entry to venues is to create necessary false positives.

I fell out with my family in March 2020 over Lockdown I said it was an over reaction and I was pilloried. Since then some of my family said I was right, but so what. We’ve got to start pushing against this nonsense.

The Nuremberg code, defined after WWII, specifically says as a lesson from the events of 1939-45 that no Medical treatment should be mandatory. That lesson was learnt then and now seems to be forgotten, interestingly first forgotten in Austria , the birthplace of the leader of those who necessitate the Nuremberg code. UK should not even consider mandatory medical treatment of any kind.

The Conservatives used to stand for low taxes, small government, free markets and individual liberty. What do they stand for today?

If you are healthy and you comply. You are the problem. You allowed them to frighten you into something you will someday regret. I thought we were better than this in New Zealand, too. But sadly not. The current situation involves the banning of the unvaccinated from anything other than "essential" services, many people denied the opportunity to earn a living, and a PM who has announced that the "vaccination programme will never end". No scientific rationale behind these restrictions. They are purely political, with the naughty people who haven't done as they are told being punished for their rebelliousness.

We need organised civil disobedience across the country. In all the cities and towns, coordinated to act together to send the message “ we will not comply”. If this does not work then there is only one option left!

This motivated me to write to my MP - but our own Parliament has been so weak in protecting our freedoms 🙁

The damage this is doing to my two teenage daughters there are no words. As a parent my urge is to comfort them, to tell them it wont last that it will get better... but how can I? What can I say to them? There is no comfort when they ask me when will it end? They see no future at the moment, they have lived under this (for want of a better word?) tyranny for two years which is a massive chunk of their lives so far. They should be out, enjoying themselves instead they say they feel sad all the time.

Enough is enough!!!! Please let us get on with our lives.
