Brahm Muhurat: Rise & Thrive
There's a wise saying that only three types of people are awake during Brahm Muhurat, the time before sunrise.
‘Yogis’, are those seeking spiritual growth, get up for meditation, study, or to work on their goals.
‘Bhogis’, the party people, just return home that time after a night of fun and ‘Rogis’, the sick ones, are restless from their ailments. Ayurveda, enquires which category to be in?
According to Ayurveda, the number of meals you eat each day affects your health and well-being. Eating just one meal allows easy digestion, keeping your gut clean, promoting intuition, sharper thinking and a higher mind - just like a ‘Yogi’.
Two meals a day are like a ‘Bhogi’ who enjoys good food, and looks ahead for more even though it’s not required.
But by intaking three meals or more, you are heading towards the path of ‘Rogi’. Your body struggles to digest the new food before the old stuff is even gone, leading to sluggishness, laziness, and digestive problems.
So, which category do you want to fall in? The choice is yours!
