Man, you are doing it a lot, at every video. Your hole point from the begging is to sell books and courses. You are so good in explaining the screenwriting things. It would be good to change that attitude.
Panos... I appreciate your comment. It's not gonna change because my book, course, and coaching program have extreme value for those who are serious about making significant progress in the craft. If that's not your cup of tea, that's cool. I take no offense.

@panosSavvidis hi, friend. I’m not here to defend Jacob, but I think you might have missed the point of these videos. We are receiving tips and instructions for free. They’re very valuable. And, you can go back and revisit them whenever you want to. If you find value in his free videos, you can be sure his courses and/or books are even better (though, to be sure, video editing is challenging). If you like his videos, you might like him as a personal instructor, and that’s the point. Have a great day. Keep writing.
Yes, need is internal and the character themselves is unaware of it... even if others are aware. A want is a tangible, measurable goal that the character is actively pursuing.
