Damn 4v4 is so chaotic. I think 2v2 is hard. This is just like ants fighting

Thanks for the cast. That game was intense. Mr.Pantalon was very resilient, I would have broken under that much pressure. I should have helped Lolz more, but I felt like I had to be everywhere at the same time. In hindsight I should have built more production; I was floating resources. Apart from gold, which was an issue because our trade got hit a few times. That base in the middle was an attempt to fix that; get some gold there, and a nice point from which to quickly get to different sides of the map.

​@@rfmvoers Also. In SETTINGS -> UI -> enable show Game Duration Timer this will help you see if you are fast enough and after a while you will get a feeling on when its time to do what. Now, I dont know about the others in your team, but the Rus player pretty much doesnt follow a optimal build order. He will become about 5 times better, if he follows a build order. 1st of all, he is wasting 175 wood on building a tower to get the 20% more wood, which is smart in later game, but in the begining you need everything. He needs to build his Kremil as soon as possible and THEN farm wood, cause the Kremlin will give the 20% extra wood like the tower he builds. He also needs to build hunting cabin and take out 2 scouts extra for a total of 3 scouts. So he can get all the bounty he needs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

@@rfmvoers Rus Build Order (maybe its a lot of text but its not so complicated and he will do the build order over and over Also he can watch Valdemars Rus video build order that is maybe 2-3 weeks old) Maybe @Aggrocrag24 can cast my latest 2v2 Game from yesterday and he can watch that one. We got rushed but maintained good composure and got the win (it was Gorge map vs Byzantine and HRE) Initial Setup: Town Center (TC): Press H to go to the Town Center. Press Q three times to queue up 3 villagers. Rally point on sheep. Early Game: Villagers: All 6 starting villagers go to sheep. Scout: Use your scout to find sheep and kill one deer pack. Ensure the scout returns with sheep before 1:30 minutes. Send the scout back out after dropping off the sheep. First Buildings: Hunting Cabin and House: Immidietly after you send the scount, Take 2 villagers from sheep to build a Hunting Cabin near the woodline and a House. Then return them to sheep. Additional Scouts: When the Hunting Cabin is complete, queue up 2 scouts to kill deer, wolves, and gather more sheep. Resource Gathering: Keep all villagers on sheep until you have 400 food and 200 gold (from killing animals). Advancing to the Feudal Age: Build Kremlin Landmark: Use 4 villagers to build the Kremlin. Use 5 villagers to cut the 2 trees near the TC to gather 300 wood. Building a Stable and Armory: When the Kremlin is finished: Build 1 stable with the 4 villagers. Build 1 armory. Build 1 house. Assign these villagers to stone. Upgrades: In the Armory, upgrade ranged defense. If fighting Japanese, also upgrade melee armor. Villager Distribution: Food and Wood: Keep producing villagers until you have 11 on food and 8 on wood. Stone Collection: Rally the TC to stone until you have 350 stone. Once you have 350 stone, move these villagers to wood until you gather 400 wood. Second Town Center (TC): Building a New TC: Build a new TC near deer and other resources with the villagers that gathered wood. (this is a good time to upgrade the Survival Hunting upgrade to gather faster Deers) Also upgrade Wheelbarrow when you have the gold. Assign these villagers to gather food from the deer. Wood Gathering: Keep 8 villagers on wood. Gold Collection: Rally both TCs to gold until you have 10 villagers on gold. When you have economy you can upgrade your ECO upgrades as well. Mid-Game Strategy: Team Games: One tactic can be focus on making Knights. Rally 1 TC to wood and 1 TC to gold. Once you have about 18 on wood, take 8 to build a tower and a Hunting Cabin near deer. When the deer run out, build farms around the Hunting Cabin. Military Production: Stables: For every 5 villagers on gold, you should have at least 1 stable. (e.g., 15 on gold = 3 stables) Use Knights to harass the enemy but avoid losing them to spearmen. Advancing to Age 3: High Trade House: Advance with the High Trade House near trees for maximum gold generation. Leave 6 villagers to hunt deer that spawn from it. Upgrades: Upgrade the Knights in the stable. Upgrade ranged armor. Upgrade HP on cavalry. Advancing to Age 4: Age 4 Strategy: Quickly advance to Age 4. Build multiple Archery Ranges for Streltsy and a few Bombards. Construct a University to upgrade horse HP and gunpowder units. Produce traders from 4-6 markets for additional gold. Late Game: Unit Composition: Focus on building Streltsy and a few Bombards. (upgrade the Bombard so it does more damage as well) Use wood to build Hunting Cabins around woodlines for extra gold. If needed, build Horsemen, Spearmen, or Men-at-Arms as meat shields.

​@@rfmvoers Damn, I wrote some stuff on my computer account ActionRan about how you didn't build enough villagers and need to keep making units and production houses. So it sounds weird the first replay says "ALSO" Anyways, here are some tips: Most Important Keybindings: Town Centers: Keybind "Select All Town Centers" to an easily accessible button (e.g., Mouse Button 4) so you can quickly target all your TCs and queue villagers. Military Units: "Select All Military Units" to B (think Battalion). "Select All Idle Military Units" to the tilde (~) key (the button next to 1, above Caps Lock and Tab). Unit Types: "Select All Cavalry" to C. "Select All Ranged Units" to X (think Crossbows). "Select All Melee Units" to Z (think Zerg). "Select All Siege Units" to Mouse Button 5 (the small button on the side). Keybindings (F1 to F11): F1: Select All Stables F2: Select All Archery Ranges F3: Select All Barracks F4: Select All Siege Buildings F5: Select All Technology Upgrades F6: Select All Eco Upgrades F7: [Optional for Custom Use] F8: [Optional for Custom Use] F9: Select All Religious Buildings F10: Select All Markets F11: Select All Universities Villager Production: Ensure you're continuously building villagers. It's crucial for maintaining a strong economy. Keep making units and production houses to sustain your military and economic growth. General Advice: Use buttons that you will remember and are comfortable with. Practice using these keybindings in games to get used to them and improve your efficiency. Hope this helps!

Maybe @Aggrocrag24 can cast my latest 2v2 Game and Xandor11 can watch that one since Xandor11 would improve so much if he used a propper build order or had some guidelines. We got rushed but maintained good composure. I rused to age 4 asap, and cause we were getting pushed I aged to imperial with Spatyaska instead of the high armory to have some defence, cause I saw they didnt have good seige in their setup. (it was Gorge map vs Byzantine and HRE)
