I went to a Pentecostal church for a while and it messed me up for awhile bevause I started to think I was not saved because I have never Spoken In tongues . This was a fantastic message . Thank u Jesus for your grace and the guilt I feel when I sin .

I just got very spiritually and emotionally abused by an old friend who was downright rude and hateful to me because I believe 2 non salvational things differently than they do. Don't do that to people. No reason to rebuke and chastise a believer who has done nothing contrary to the bible. Save it for a believer who is doing wrong according to the bible and needs to be lovingly admonished.
This message changed me. It led me to repentance and to mourn over my sin. I am thankful the Holy Spirit shows me my imperfection and reveals to me Gods perfection and forgiveness through Christ Jesus.

Paul the "UN ear tickler! " Thank you brother Washer for helping me realize how far I have come in my conversion through Christ. I used to be a heavy drinker but now I cannot imagine having so much as a beer. I used to be a drug addict but now I really dislike taking pain meds post op. even. I used porn. most of my life but now I cannot stand even the thought of viewing ones nudity, or even an unintentional glance at a RU-vid ad pic of an obviously braless woman. I used to love watching violent movies and movies about evil supernatural things but now I cannot watch so much as an old film noir crime drama because of the murders portrayed. I used to keep company with others who enjoyed these things but they are all gone now. Dead in the flesh and in their sin, or gone because I chose to distance myself or they left because they did not like me growing apart from them and going after God. I have 1 major hurdle to overcome, cigarette smoking. But now I have faith that He will be there to help me with that as well. God Bless you all and remember we are all short on time concerning these end times and The Rapture that can take place anytime now.
@Austin Hartford he meant you don't just say the Lord's prayers accepting you believe in Jesus and than continue to live like the world. You are decieved brother. He constantly talks about how we are saved by faith through Grace from Jesus. But he warns that it's not just an experience. Once saved always saved is a lie from the devil.
My husband go through this with arthritis pain and my severe depression. I thank God for the few solid preachers on youtube and those who go live so we can have fellowship.

I pray for anyone with a hard heart that no matter how much suffering you must face, God will soften you and crush your pride enough for you to get on your knees and repent. I remember a few yrs back I heard his shocking message to the youth on salvation. He is RIGHT. When i was a child I was taught the sinner prayer. So I said the ABC s of salvation sinner prayer. In the meantime living my life how ever I pleased. Sure I believed in God sure I knew i was a sinner sure i said the sinners prayer so I must be saved. It wasnt until I was 25 yrs old alone in my living room.I was broken from life broken from sin and needed help. I got down on the floor on my knees and sobbed to God.Telling him how sorry I was for my lifestyle and telling him how much I needed him and wanted him. I then understood what i was and what Jesus did for me at the cross.I then felt light.This heavy weight was lifted off my shoulders and the weight was my sin. Days followed I began to want to know him more.I started reading my Bible which I never understood before and suddenly it made sense. I started looking at sin in a different light and I didnt like it.I felt this burning flame in my chest of love from the Holy Spirit that made me desire him even more. I then realized I was never truly saved until that night in my living room.The dangerous part is I thought I was. Salvation is a very dangerous topic and the Holy Spirit HAS to be in on it .
The sinners prayer is a big fraud. I seen Samaritan’s purse do that to storm victims. Ask them to read a prayer and sign a paper confirming they either dedicated or rededicated their life to Christ. No actually regeneration

I love Paul Washer's passion for Christ, this sermon was really helpful to me today. Christ delivered me out from a generational occult family 10 years ago. I've never been so isolated in my entire life, and that's saying something...but God. Why are people struggling with the question “ are you truly saved?” Isn’t it better to know now than to find out later? Your works don’t save you but they are evidence that you are saved.

Listening to Paul Washer is like trying to drink from a firehose. I want to get all of God's message coming through him but it's coming so fast my mind can't get it all the first time. Need to listen several times to soak it in. I'm going to steal this message and give it to our children's group, and others. So helpful in this Era of no repentance.
Listen to these sermons multiple times, yes indeed that would be beneficial. Even more greater reward will come once you read the gospel over and over and over again. @@deitert07 Your hypothetical is a false one for those who repent of their sin and believe the gospel. If one is truly born again, they will not go to hell because God keeps His promises. Now, for people who have faith in themselves, or believe in works unto salvation, then I suppose they can carry on with your hypothetical in which there would be no sufficient case to be made on their behalf. The only case to be made would be in the Son of God boring our sin so we may be forgiven. Which again, the person whom that was their case, would already be in heaven

Agree. I’ve listened to many teachers myself. Paul washer is the only one who scares me. I say that is a good thing. He doesn’t just teach all happy happy all is saved. He teaches the truth about Jesus Christ. There are a couple who teach like him. John MacArthur which i feel is where Paul Washer learned how to speak to us. Paul washers voice just cuts through. Pull up heartcry on here. It’s his missionary. He has tons of short teachings. But his hour 2 hour long sermons he is just amazing at. God truly guides him.
I love listening to him. His a goid biblical preacher. I started listening to him when I was looking at my fb looking for a good preacher. He touches my heart. Bring me tears. It's been many years of listening to sound preaching by faithful men God has chosen. The beauty of conversion was I longer fought against the God who saves sinners but rejoiced in the fact I saw my sin a-right and I marveled at the Cross of the Lord Jesus Christ. How I love our dear Elder as God has made him Pastor and brother Paul!

They only take a small part of the verse, and then don't speak about the other versus all around it. Thus perverting the Lords words. I've listened to this sermon more than any other. It is the most biblically accurate message on the assurance of salvation I've ever heard. It brings great peace to my spirit, and helps me to understand those inner doubts, and failings ...to know that only in Christ comes perfection, and in us, a change of character, desires, behaviors and nature....a truly repentant heart. Christ is our hope, our savior and our righteousness. In Him, we are not who we once were. We are a new creation in Christ. Praise Him, He is so WORTHY!!

A man’s wife is finally pregnant and the couple are over joyed. I hope it is a boy the man said and I hope he will be interested in becoming an electrician like me. I also hope he goes into the trade and if he does, I plan for him to take over the family business some day! But I know that these plans that I have made for him, before one of his days of life begin will be entirely up to my son. I cannot force him, I cannot put a gun to his head, I can only encourage and guide him and hope. In other word’s the man has predestined a plan for his son, He has chosen a plan for his son. He has elected to give all this to his son if he so desires it! Outcome 1 The baby is born and it is a boy. He is interested in his fathers work and goes to electrical trade school, but drops out and becomes a lawyer instead. Outcome 2 He drops out of school becomes a bum, a drunk or a murderer etc. Outcome 3 The son follows his fathers predestinated plan, through trade school and takes over his father’s business. The fathers predestined plans for his son will happen, or will not happen, according to the choices the son makes. Its the same with mankind. There is a master plan given to every human being to know God, reach salvation and eternity in Heaven. But to follow or reject the plan is the choice given to every individual. This is the "Good News Gospel" that the Angels proclaimed when the Messiah was born. Satan has attacked that message from the beginning, twisting it into what is now known as Calvinism or the doctrine of election. Predestination example 2: Grandma saves and saves to buy her granddaughter a plane ticket to France. She has been saving for many years and the day finally arrived and she gave her granddaughter her special gift. The granddaughter goes to the airport and asks the attendant which plane to get on. The attendant says, what is your destination on your ticket? He reads the ticket which says “Destination France.” He also said that flight 446 is a modern jet that was especially built and destined by the airline to fly exclusively to France for its entire service life. So, this aircraft has been predestined to fly to a predestined location, France. The girl gets on the plane and is now destined to travel to France on the predestined plane, that has been predestined by its designers, to reach its predestined, destination! This girl will arrive at her predestined trip that her grandmother predestined years before, as long as she goes to the airport, gets on the right plane and stays on the plane! All this took place by the choices the granddaughter made. Predestination example 3: "The man on an island." Imagine a man has been taken to a desolate island with everything he needs to survive and given only a Bible to occupy his time. This man has no preconceived idea about religion so everything he will learn over the next 10 years he will get directly from the Bible and Gods leading. The man accepts God’s plan of salvation and what he has learned from the Bible. He repents and is born again. The Holy Spirit is now counselling the man from the inside. He studies intensely for the 10 years growing in his faith and walking closer and closer with God daily. After 10 years he comes back to the mainland world and decides he needs to fellowship with other Christians as the Bible says he should. The man approaches a number of different churches and looks through the windows from the outside and says to himself “What are they doing in there what are they saying about God? How do you think this man will compare what he knows to be true, from what he sees going on in the mainline churches today? Do you think he will find what the mainline denominations are teaching will be in harmony to what this true follower of Jesus Christ has learned? You know it won’t be! TRUTH IN LOVE
@@truth7416 all I know is I came to salvation literally through the Bible, no prior church experience. I would never claim to know anything really, but early on I listened to these reformed teachers but continued my Bible studies. I pray often for discernment and God is amazing! I always get it. Coming the way I came, I tried church, I tried fellowship. But to be honest my walks has I solitary and very much isolated. Many many Things and people have fallen away from my life. I will trust that God has kept me through this and is leading my walk. I would love c to talk about the Bible and Jesus. And I have a few people. But my life as imperfect as it likely is is a solitary walk with Jesus, scripture and prayer. The Bible is clear and true. Man has a million opinions, doctrines etc. I guess I will find out if I went about it incorrectly.

My joy is solitary as well. The Holy Spirit is my number one guide and the Bible is my treasure. I have been tarred and feathered from 3 Churches so far. The first by an undercover homosexual pastor. The other two were undercover 5-Point Calvinists. I haven't been to what I call a "Factory corporation Church" for over three years. I am looking for a small like minded Church if there even is one. @Pst Paul Washer Sermons No women in my life incidentally. You should realize that you are entering into very deep water by professing false visions as the Scripture warns about. I encourage you to seek a true Christian church where Scripture is preached by Biblically qualified, called men of God and exposited ( explained) with love and grace and truth. You are engaged in Mysticism which is not of God. God does not speak to us outside of His truth. May you come to know the God of the Holy Bible and His Son Jesus Christ. @Anjo, how do you know you're saved? Look to Christ crucified for you, He saved you, forgiven you, washed you clean. Looking to self for fruit will make you feel worried that you aren't doing this or that enough, then falling in the trap to do this or that more to keep your self saved which isn't right.

Just to clarify (i may have understood wrong) we are not saved by loving people or being "good", those are proof of having been saved. Just in case, i wanted to share the gospel with you so you understand salvation, which is something many do not know: Many are clearly so confused also about the gospel, so let me help you as well as God permits me to, if you don't know this: if i asked you the question: "how do you get to heaven?" Would you answer me that being a good person can earn you the happines of God and you will enter heaven? The Bible states that no one is good: we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, you have very probably at least once in your life lied, or stolen something even if it was small, probably you have often used God's name in vain (as in omg) which is called blasphemy, you have for sure had sexual thoughts about someone, so to sum it all up: you would be a lying, thieving blasphemus adulteror at heart, which is only 4 of the 10 commandments and you probably have broken them all. And for this we deserve hell! One single sin is enough to send you to hell. And by doing good deeds, like loving everyone helping people ecc... we can not possibly cancel our previous sins and gain the favour of God. The only way we can get to heaven is through the Lord Jesus! I will explain that better: God has His Holy and just wrath prepared to fall upon all sinners, and we completely deserve that, but in God's infinite mercy He sent his only begotten Son to live a perfect life on this earth (something we could not possibly do ourselves) and to finally die on the cross bearing our sins and taking upon Himself the wrath of God that was supposed to be for us! True conversion is realizing that we are completely lost and putting our whole trust in the Lord Jesus and we will be cleansed by His blood, because He already bore our sins! In this way The Father will see us as pure through Jesus! As proof of our salvation we will automatically start hating the sin we once were slaves to and we will love God and His commandements! This doesn't mean that we won't be tempted by our past sins but if we get overcomed by temptation we will still hate the sin that we fall into. That is the gospel! And that is the only way you get to heaven and a few understand it. I know I am saved because what Jesus did for me not what I can do for Him. My imperfect obedience, repentance, faith can never compare to His infinite love. My works did not get me saved and they can't keep me saved. Did Abraham sacrifice Isaac or did God stop Abraham and provide a ram at that moment and later on God provided the Lamb of God which is the Last Everlasting, Eternal, Infinite Sacrifice. That verse about fruit is clearly about false prophets and their doctrine, runs parallel about the leaven of the Pharisees which was their doctrine which Jesus clearly pointed out. Washer is a subtle serpent who backloads works for salvation into his sermons. We should turn from sin to please God not to secure our salvation. My security is 100% the Cross! not 90% in the Cross and 10% my lifestyle. According to Paul Washer's sermons King Solomon, King David, Lot, Samson etc. are not saved. @@exodus3147 He preaches Lordship salvation and is of the devil and will get you to hell and most don't rightly divide the word of God like we should and then people would see that our gospel is by faith alone not works and James is mostly written to jews in the coming tribulation where works are involved again to get saved and where faith without works is dead but that is not written to us today. And our church age is from when Jesus died until the rapture and then another gospel begins but a lot people think that all the new testament books are for christians today but is not true. Paul is our apostel and is Romans to Philemon and the first 4 gospels and all books after Paul are mostly written to jews and some for christians and if it contradicts with Paul it is not for us and that clears all the so called contradictions in the bible.
This are the pastors we need in this day and era telling the truth with no fear of men but of God , many people or so called Christians find such kind of sermons hurtful but I thank God for his direction to here I have never had of this pastor but I understand why , his sermons bring me to repentance and realization that I really need to change my lifestyle, if only we could make this sermons available to other people

I wish i had a pastor near me that delivers the message like Paul Washer, John MacArthur, Vodie Bauchman & Raul Ries. I know the "perfect' church does not exist, but it's so hard to find a church which the pastor delivers the message of Christ as sharp that it leaves you, not skipping with your wife out of church straight to dinner & a movie but, cut, broken & running to your prayer closet to get on your knees, feeling like one needs to continue to communicate with Christ & cry out to Him, broken, asking for forgiveness & begging for His spirit to never leave me. If anyone knows of a sound doctrine centered church in Ft. LAUDERDALE, FL. please lmk.

The Gospel WHAT IS THIS GOOD NEWS? God sent Jesus Christ into the world, and He lived a perfect and sinless life. He was rejected by men and put on a cross. He went to the cross willingly so He could take the wrath of God which we all deserve justly for our sins. But Jesus did not stay dead. But three days later God rose Jesus Christ from the dead defeating death. He ascended to Heaven and sat at the right hand of God and all authority has been given to Him! He offers everlasting life if you repent, which means to turn from your sins and to trust in Jesus Christ alone and believe in what He did on the cross for you. He will change you and make you more like Himself. He will give you a heart that desires to obey Him and to love Him. (John 3:16, Matthew 27:45-66, Matthew 28, 1 John 4:10, Romans 5:10, Romans 10:9) WHY DO WE NEED JESUS? We are born dead in sin. Because Adam and Eve rebelled against God we are born with a sinful nature. We do not want to obey God. We lie, steal, take God’s name in vain which is blasphemy, dishonor our parents, Jesus said “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Exodus 20, Matthew 5:27-28) WE DESERVE HELL Because of our rebellion against God we deserve Hell. God is a just judge. He will not let every sin go unpunished. God’s wrath is coming against those who have sinned against Him. (Hebrews 9:27, Matthew 10:28, Luke 12:5, Romans 6:23) WHAT MUST WE DO TO BE SAVED? Repent, turn from your sins. Put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone who took the wrath of God which you deserve for the forgiveness of your sins and He will give you eternal life. Jesus is the only way to God. Jesus is the only hope to be saved from the wrath of God. Being a good person will not save you, going to church will not save you, nothing you do will give you eternal life. You must repent and trust in Jesus Christ alone. (Acts 3:17-26, Romans 4:4-6, Matthew 11:28, Matthew 7:21-23)
If to repent means to turn from sin the you have a major problem in your theology. One - There is not one verse that says to turn from sin. Two - The Lord himself repent 27 times in the Old Testament and if God can not sin than why is he repenting? What is he repent from? Can repentance mean to turn from sin? Three - that’s what Jesus Christ died for your sins. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that 👉Christ died for our sins👈 according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15:3 - AKJV He was raised for our justification. but for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, 👉if we believe👈(not repent) on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; who was 👉delivered for our offences👈, and was 👉raised again for our justification.👈 Romans 4:24-25 - AKJV Sin is not what keeps your from God your unbelief is. There is only one sinless person the Lord Jesus Christ. For 👉by grace are ye saved👈👉 through faith👈; and that 👉not of yourselves👈: it is the 👉gift of God👈: Ephesians 2:8 - AKJV Telling some one they have to turn from sin would be of themselves and something they have to do for it. The scripture is very clear who repentance was for in Matthew thru early Acts. Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give 👉repentance to Israel👈, and forgiveness of sins. Acts 5:31 - AKJV Not repentance to the body of Christ.
@@shannonhamby9720 Repentance doesn't happen from man but is only an act of God. But repentance does mean a change of mind, so in the old testament God was changing his mind. The Greek word for repentance is , which comes from two Greek words, and . means “after” or “beyond,” and means mind. Literally, a metanoia is an afterthought or a second thought. The Greeks used it especially for times when a person had second thoughts about something, regretting that it was too late to make any changes.
Im so upset. A little while ago me and my friend were walking into church I looked and said wow that looks just like Paul Washer. At the time I had only been listening for a short amount of time but still really loved his messages. I thought surely he couldnt be at my little church he preaches and does all kinds of stuff plus what are the odds of him living remotely close to where I do. Also he lookes taller and had a beard which I havent ever seen at the time. Another reason was he didnt speak and no one knew he was really here. Only one lady at my church said did u meet Paul Washer but she has a real thick accent and I thought she was joking cause no one else noticed him. I literally sat directly behind him during the service and could have easily said hi. Come to find out a little later he was Paul Washer and he was visiting to escape persectuion and all the death threats he was receiving. I still beat myself up to this day about it knowing I will probabaly never get to see him again. So I guess I have to learn to just get out of my comfort zone and risk looking silly lol.

Christ in you, the only hope. Christ who lives inside us by faith is our salvation. It's all about possessing a Person, manifesting, expressing His life ( eternal ) in us, through us...gal 2:20, col 1:27 ). Christs life not us, Christ's works ..not us. We are a vessel filled with God.

@@mitchellc4 Actually, Jesus did claim to be God, and the Jewish religious leaders tried to kill him for it. John 8:58-59, ESV. Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly I say to you, before Abraham was born, I AM.” So they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple. (I AM translated in Hebrew is YHWH-the name for God himself.) What are you trying to say?

Wish my church learned this…. So many are being lead that it’s our actions…. And only a select few “perfect” would make the bride of Christ….. I have finally learned to ignore these. But my wife and her family are twisted by a false doctrine called “gospel assembly” these are dangerous “Pentecostal” churches who not only believe that you must speak in tounge to be saved but that you must live you life without sin to be considered to be in heaven…… I know in my heart that there is NO action of me but only through Jesus am I saved. I believe that if the most saintly of us were gathered together in fellowship, and then suddenly were able to know every act, every sin, and every thought every action that each of these saints and friends have done from the beginning until the present moment, that each one of us would be so uncomfortable with the revealed actions thoughts, sins, and desires not only themselves but each and every one else gathered together, we would depart from one another and never again desire to be in the company of any of those who have shared such perfect intimate knowledge of themselves and the others gathered together again. Each would be so ashamed of himself, and so disgusted and and abhorrent of not only the others actions, but especially by his own failings that are revealed to others for the first time, each and every one would never want to be so exposed, naked in his guilt again. I pray for God's grace and strength to be used to bear the guilt of my own sin. Perhaps this grace from God will allow us to so intimately know others and himself that we can once again be able to have such intimate communication without shame and revulsion. Without God's Grace I would not be able to endure such intimacy. Thank God for His grace, mercy and. love that he desired to come as a man and give his life in payment for our sins, covering them with His Blood.
