They didn't include it in this clip, but I love how just few moments before there is a random frame on the desk and you can barely notice a sliver of dark hair behind it. It's easy to miss it, but if you are paying attention, you know they are hiding there before the reveal.

Always has been Its kinda ironic, while Alya is nice and Masha an angel, they are the most typical romance stuff in the end, not enough on its own to stand out. But having Yuki as the gremlin assisted by the typical spy maid except not really because she only thinks thats the typical stuff, thats the comic relief needed to carry the show really

Maybe from the audience's perspective we can see that it's obvious they are related through physical feature similarities but from Alya's perspective they don't seem as the typical siblings in her eyes or just overlooks similarities in physical features as it can be coincidental(Alya and Masha are related but look very different in some obvious aspects like eye and hair colour). Yuki stated she loves Kuze beyond family relationship, even though it was just to tease alya. That must have her thinking only childhood friends would like each other like that.

There is a good reason as to why they didn't say anything to anyone about them being siblings, but it's plot relevant, so... Read the LN. Even tho I think they'll talk about it before the end of this season.
