You can use an input device called a mouse by clicking the left mouse button on the progress bar to drag it forward, thus skipping forward. Alternatively, if watching on a mobile device, it's as easy as placing your finger on the red progress bar and sliding it forward. You can find the red progress bar fairly easily as it is centrally located. It divides the bottom portion of the video section, from the top portion of the video description and comments section.
