I think the "bug" is that you shouldn't be able to buy 32SCU boxes from that location as CIG mentioned the smaller locations like this wouldn't have large enough freight elevators. The workaround is that the RAFT now takes more than just 32SCU boxes for now so you could do 6 16SCU boxes to hit the max 96SCU capacity.

Keep your head on a swivel. Anyone can call your elevator down on a RAFT and take your ship.
