You absolutely hit the nail on the head 80/90% of our work is never seen... then once you fit a twin socket then the customer says its only a socket in a room... move furniture lift carpet lift floor run cable wraggel in socket then reinstate the room no one sees our work then can't believe the work involved as I've said to some of my cheeky customers it's tools I have not a magic wand...🤯

Is there any advantage in putting all the commons in a wago at the light switch? Just seems like an extra termination point to me that looks nice but not needed.

I was working with my supervisor on a containment job. The tray was slightly pissed unrecognisable once all screwed onto the Uni struts. He started shouting at me ‘verbally abusively’ said a few nasty things. Take it down you f**king sp**tic, and the site manager of the site heard everything. I no longer work with this person and I’m happy with where I am now.

Agreed with below comment Stagger joints on and along joists and.... the papered edge of the board is perpendicular to the joists....for greater strength and as Gyproc etc... advise...not the exposed chalk /plaster edge.... as you seem to have them, you could probably add some timber noggins between the joists, at the chalk edge to support this weak edge..... Joke.....are you sure you're helping your mate...as he now needs extra timber nogging? Enjoyed the video anyhow....especially as you often blame plasterers in other videos for all sorts of stuff,,,,,but they do put the boards on the right way around....ha...
