The time from this stamp point to 3:12, Shows Cassidy & Jeremy friendship, He may act chaotic at times with susie, but he genuinely cares for his friends and others, even sticking by Cassidy side cause He doesn't want her going alone. But Let's not forget how Caring Cassidy Is with Charlie, compared to Cassidy & Charlie Dynamic in other AU's, This One seems genuine and the fact Cassidy cares for Charlie much to not pull another stunt like she did last time proves it. Like If you look at past videos, you can understand why Elizabeth was doing what she did to Evan, but still remember she doesn't defend Michael for what he did to Evan, She's doing it after finding out what Evan did to Michael that led him to 🪢. [But REMINDER I ain't justify what she did or Anything, just providing a explanation from my perspective.] Michael was the one person she looked up too the most, The one person that understands her, and she understands him, so you can probably understand how Protective Elizabeth is over Michael, but sometimes there is a limit. Cheap Apologies are the worst. And Jeremy's Mom definitely put that into good words. "words without action are cheap". Evan Never put the actions with his words, thus making it a Cheap apology. Jeremy was so good giving Evan advice to put more actions into his word. [16:54 to 20:44] I can admit, I feel A LIL bad for Evan, But at the same time, I cannot, cause this was Gonna happen eventually. Michael had to take the initiative and clear things out. He distanced himself from Evan, was tried of lying of lying to him about forgiving him for what he did to him. Michael had to make it clear that He can't be around Evan, It was hard for him to tell Evan that, but It had to come to be. Michael respect Evan not to forgive him, his actions were Unacceptable and Unforgivable as Michael stated, but He also apply that to Evan's actions too. Even though he respects that Evan doesn't need to forgive Michael, Michael doesn't really need to forgive Evan for what he did either. But this Event, hurt the both of them. That This felt needed. I HAVE A THEORY!!! Typhon was actually the one to suggest to Micheal the possibility of cutting off Evan and framed it like a way to savour his well being, well it is, it’s to keep Micheal away and unharmed when Evan will 💀 from whatever typhon is causing him.

Alex will probably be onto Evan for a while after that, and what Jeremy said to Evan really looked like he knocked some sense out to him, cause Jeremy was right, if you want to prove you're sorry, words don't just fix it up, you have to prove it. And now finding how Typhon is manipulating the powers within the diamond will change a lot.
So, it looks like my theories/ideas on the picture come from Michael seeing how the “non-stereotype” Aftons behaved, which makes it make even more sense, because Michael saw and helped the other Evan through an issue where everyone from the non-stereotype was just invalidating their Evan’s feelings, so Michael might be taking a step back to make sure that doesn’t happen to he or Evan. Also, I appreciated the bonding moment of Michael and Elizabeth, that was great and definitely seemed to continue from Sun whatever Eulogy (on mobile and too lazy to check for exact title). Also, I was right! This and how Michael called Evan’s apologies “cheap” is because it’s all words, without any actions or proof that he actually feels bad, and Michael would really only respond this way *if there was a precedent*. Meaning, Evan has almost certainly apologized or faked an apology before, only to turn around and do it again. Good on Jeremy for teaching Evan what it meant though. And it looks like I was right that Evan would throw a tantrum right after “I can’t be in your life anymore”, and about how Michael has grown and is being more mature. Michael realizes that their “relationship” is only hurting the both of them, and beyond that, he realizes that what Evan did to Michael, regardless of the reasons, was as bad as what Michael did to Evan. And Michael asking the real question of “yes, I fucked up, but what else do you want from me?” Proving that he isn’t, and never was, trying to avoid the fact that he killed Evan, whereas Evan spent years trying to make himself out to be the good guy and that he had no involvement in Michael’s death, proving that Michael accepts that he was responsible, but that Evan still hasn’t. And I was right, Michael is doing this for his own sake as well as Evan’s. Beyond that, Michael handled it all very well, he didn’t raise his voice (Evan did), didn’t get visibly upset (once again, Evan did) and didn’t resort to blaming or insulting (unlike Evan). Now, I know Evan is a child, but he’s been a child for decades now, and even Elizabeth is more mature than he is, despite dying first. Cassidy is more mature, Charlie is miles ahead of Evan, the list goes on. Evan’s failure to grow, is his own fault and no one else’s. And with Michael’s reaction, this was a hard decision for him to make, not made lightly, and he only kept it together in front of Evan to make sure it worked, and probably to not show weakness. Also might have been a panic attack, because he shrugged off Evan yelling at him, which might mean he was about to have one during the talk, but pushed it off just long enough to get his point across and leave before breaking down. Beyond that, news about Michael having the destruction diamond will now be more widespread, but given I don’t think Michael is intentionally using the powers, either Typhon is tricking Michael, or this is some kind of accidental ability use due to the stress and everything else. And it looks like Alex has now seen Evan’s magic disease thing that’s affecting him. As a side note, I think Evan might have been trying to apologize a few videos ago (or however long it was) because he wanted to have no regrets when the magic thing ended up killing him. Edit: after reading other comments, I think the powers of the destruction diamond are… faulty? Like, they almost seem to be leaking everywhere Michael has been, so I think the kids splitting the cycle core into creation and destruction fucked it up, it almost seems like Typhon is trying to help Mike by offloading any of the damage or corruption into things that *aren’t* Michael or those he cares about (especially since it’s done in places where Michael had intense emotions, the park because of the confession, outside the house because of the music get together thing with non-stereotype Evan, the list goes on. Edit edit: I feel like the scene with Michael telling Elizabeth not to do the things Michael did (self-harm), might be foreshadowing of Evan doing it and Elizabeth having to talk to him about it, especially with Michael blatantly bringing up all of his old self-harming habits to Evan in a discussion that ended with both of them crying separately and Evan being told “actions speak louder than words”, and *especially* after Michael saying that he did all of those things “to atone”.
@@blackraspberryangel8716 with Michael, his emotional punching bag of however many years essentially telling him to his face that: “Your words mean nothing” and then Jeremy expanding on it and telling him what that means and a way to solve it, I think Evan’s got at least enough for a good start.
I'm pretty sure last time this happened he nearly succumbed to the black corruption, I wonder if it may return on a greater scale due to the gravity of how bad evan took it all.
Because I'm not even sure a redemption arc is possible for evan without maybe a few casualties, maybe he'll recognize he messed up but also realize it's too late because Michael wants to be as far away from Evan as possible.

It’s sad, but Michael’s decision will almost certainly be better in the long run, Evan needs to get a grip and figure out his own shit, Michael has to figure out his own shit too, and keeping them nearby each other where stuff like that conversation, or what happened on the rating video can happen again is a bad idea.
Oh god, evans probably going to spiral and just shut everyone out- not like he really has anyone anyways 😢😭 What he did was awful, and Michael’s choice is valid, but I can’t help but feel bad for Evan(and Mike), because he’s just sat in guilt and regret
Both of them are, it’s part of why overall they’re both in the wrong. It’s just that Michael is taking actual steps to work on himself and try to fix things, while Evan has been more wishy washy and just hoping things will go back to normal rather than trying to improve himself. He’s realized he’s in the wrong sometimes… when someone forces him to acknowledge and admit it. Michael had the opposite issue, and he’s been slowly starting to get better about learning when things *aren’t* his fault.

I feel like Evan has anger issues, you can see he instantly regrets it, but he can't take it back, so he just tries to defend himself. Don't get me wrong, what Evan did was seriously messed up, but I'm surprised Mike hasn't noticed what's wrong with Evan.

If he did, it was unintentional since it seemed to happen at almost the same time as Michael trauma dumping on Typhon, so either his powers instinctually latched onto what he wanted gone the most (Evan, due to how scared he was) or Typhon did it for one of two reasons. First, he genuinely wants to help Michael, so he offloads the destructive tendencies (the idiots *split* what was apparently a core part of the world, that’s going to have consequences) in the form of the corruption, and he hit Evan with the corruption because Evan was/is a threat to Mike and is what Michael is the most scared of. Second, Typhon is manipulating Michael and is spreading corruption, and Evan was an easy target as a core holder that lived in the same place as Michael.
Elizabeth, you need to understand that Violence, hatred, death threats is not answered. It will make things worse. You need to stop. I mean NOW!!! Because people will hate u for that and one day your going to regret your actions and it will have serious consequences!!! U need to learn to grow uo, let things go, and focusing on future. Evan's words have no substance you have to prove them for them to be true and him telling Michael that he did that to him is kinda dumb if im reading it right because Evan is the one in charge of how he behaves and yes while Michael did kill him I feel as if Michael has move on and deserves to move on and Evan is still stuck on that so he cannot get better

But given Evan was apparently concerned about it infecting the people around him when it first showed up, but it hasn’t had any effect on anyone but him, it seems almost like Typhon is directly controlling it, because it seems to get worse and better at various times (I could be wrong about that, though)
