I heard garlic was used back in military days as an antibiotic. Garlic is also good for high blood pressure. I've put a piece of garlic in a water bottle & drink it. Instead of garlic pills, I've also cut a small piece & swallow it. Home remedies are the best 👏🏾👏🏾

Ari btw a little too white onions are the most bland onions you can eat, white onions add little to no flavor. I believe you may want to use yellow onions which add the most flavor to your foods. Just a little tip since you’re a onion lover.
I think she haven’t tasted it the right way. I tried it differently and it’s been different every since. I mix my ricotta with a egg and seasonings…BOMB!!
But hold on thooo….had y’all ever tried it with cream cheese instead of the ricotta???? Seasoned with Italian blend cheese, Italian seasoning and one egg. Bomb!!!
