Ari, I want to thank you and recognize how kind and compassionate you were to Brody on this podcast. You are really a good guy talking to him in the manner in which you did you. didn't make fun of him, you coached him along and said a lot of hard facts but in a really nice way. You didn't pick on him, didn't bust his balls out of discomfort, just talked to him like a guy, a friend who is NOT LA perfect. Your kindness shined, thank you didn't shy away or try snd fix or change the subject. this podcast made me feel a lot better knowing that it's not all about the business it is about helping each other out in this world. 🌟 I've always dug your comedy, for a while now. And I love it even more today. DON'T CHANGE, just listened to thr first 'witness protection' pod with Mark. Great job. I knew you wouldn't hide with your tail between yours legs, Ari's a comedian for fucks sake people!! 👍😀

This is one of my favorite stand alone podcasts of all time. I'm sorry I am only hearing it after Brody's death. He was very in tune with himself here, and I didn't hear that in other interviews with him. I'm sorry that he couldn't find peace in life.

C V He was a comedian and to me he was super funny. Bits are bits, but the closer you pay attention to comedy it’s all about style. A comedian can copy a style, but it doesn’t make them unique. Mainstream audiences may not have known about him, but pay attention to comics talking about him and they’ll even say (prior to suicide) that he’s a genius. These are people that study funny listening to what’s funny and what works and they all found him hilarious. He was an Andy Kauffman type (in the essence of uniqueness). Nobody can convince you he’s funny but yourself, but a great comedic mind taking his own life will always be sad.
