Can’t believe how I shipped Aria and Ezra so much as a young fan when the series was airing. I wasn’t even in high school when the series began. Now that I realize what that relationship would be like in real life it seems crazy that adults would write this show and make them endgame when Ezra has a sexual relationship with his teenage student and he knew who she was when he met her. He had sex with her knowing how old she was and lied to her for most of their relationship and the writers really romanticized them so much. Aria’s parents should never have let him off so easy.
I just restarted watching the series and noticed that too when he comes clean that he knew about Alison and them and you made out with her in a bar knowing her real age and lied about it... that’s predatory af
At first i was like Go Aria go tell the principal then when hanna came oh sht its hanna trying to convince aria not to tell so and then i was like No aria hanna is right and then at the end Good Hanna Good Aria haha then at the very end of their conversation i was like aww Aria you didnt even realize that hannas helping you to get over it and now you're telling her that aww poor hanna but well you cant stop your temper wheb you're mad
Gosh Hanna was so stupid in this scene! Convincing her to not tell the principal about an unlawful relationship, one that includes statutory rape?! That was just stupid!
it ws consensual sex, and age is just a number. love is love. he didnt statuatory rape her a. nd it isnt unlawful. u want unlawful. go tell emily not to be gay
Nana Osei-Tutu then the law needs to change. gay was once unlawful in the US soon, this stupid statutory law will go out the window. dont worry, gays and their followers are working towards it.
ch5080 Are you seriously telling me that you think having sex with a minor is right and the same as being gay? So you're saying it's alright for people to have sex with children no matter how old they are because age is just a number? Seriously you need help. An adult haing sex with someone who isn't an adult is wrong and is counted as rape because since they aren't an adult and don't have the mindset of an adult they legally can't give consent.
But hanna did the right thing. to an outsider, ezaria looks unlawful and it is unlawful and sick for an adult to have a relationship with a minor. and I hate how pretty little liars keeps justifying it saying it's all about love. they're barely 18 what do they know about love?! either way I think hanna did the right thing because she protected aria and her family. If you remember when ezaria came out to her parents, her mom stopped arias dad from going to the police because she didn't want her daughter to be subjected to more police scrutiny. at that time the girls were already undergoing community service for tampering with evidence (shovel). The girls have been through a lot and they've never looked good to the police. The last thing they needed was to add more to that. I think hanna was trying to look out for aria because even though Ezra would've gone to jail, aria would be the one who'd grow up to always be known as "the slut who was screwing with her teacher" in rosewood. It's also important to understand the kind of influence that would have on her younger brother, Mike. However if ezra had raped her or gone against her will, then shed have every right to go tell on him. But she gave her consent. and she's just as much in the wrong as he is. She knew it was wrong right from the start but she was too busy not caring.
Hanna didnt deserve that. She was just looking out for her friend and what she was saying actually made sense. If she told her whole family and her life would be broadcasted
actually what hannah did was correct. she never stopped aria and never forced her to make a choice. she only wanted Aria to think about what she was doing before she hurt a bunch of other peole.
