Here, while Tom could have the option to buy her out, he doesn’t appear to be liquid based on his own statements. Therefore, the judge likely would force the sale because he would be unable to buy her out, has no assets to leverage for another loan, and doesn’t have substantial enough savings.

We know what her finances were going into scannable because she had been paying for everything to let Tom pay for his business. She’s not broke. Did you not pay attention to all the work? She’s going through the courts and all Tom hast to do is present the courts with proof of what she owes because the lawyer is not taking his word for it so if he wants his money oh yes to do a show receipts. What I don’t get it is why all of the girls were mad at Ariana for not moving out fast enough, when she had just as much right to live in that house and save her money until she found something better as he did. He cheated and broke the relationship so he should have been the one to move out from the very beginning.
It’s also really horrible advice, because if you leave your place of residence and establish residence, anywhere else willing to asset dispute, the courts will rule in favour of the person in possession of the house so by moving and even getting a temporary place, you forfeited pretty much your entire claim to the property A mistake a lot of women have made, and it looks like Brittany’s already made that mistake too because she left the house and now she’s gonna be in for a rude awakening when she tries to go back
