I’m so grateful for Dans traffic report today during the Gabe segment. I was about to go for a big gulp but went somewhere else because I didn’t want to sit in traffic. Thanks for the help Dan.
It's best WHEN it interrupts him. That's how they should try to time it. Whenever Ethan is trying to be serious and heartfelt, BOOM IT'S TRAFFIC FOR COLUMBUS OHIO.
I promise I’m not trying to be sexist, but honestly when it comes to the Porsche, formally tell the company you’re giving consent to give Ethan or AB ability to handle your car stuff on your behalf, then get them to pressure the fuck out of Porsche and the garage. The car industry is very sexist in that women aren’t respected or taken seriously (exactly like the healthcare system), just to sort it out tell Ethan or AB to help you because then these pricks won’t be able to mess around with another man. It’s so sad but we have to play the already imbalanced game
I don't know his campaign enough to speak on it. I don't think there is a politician in any country who is the perfect candidate. I was just saying it's crazy to see how much influence RU-vid has in everyday life and now political campaigns.
@@bear211 it's the first time a RU-vidr turned politician has won such a high up political seat. I think it's pretty astonishing. Crazy is being misconstrued in the context I was using.
I am an auto insurance adjuster I know exactly what's going on with your car. I get calls about this ALL the time. You are in a certified collision center for your type of vehicle, but it is likely not on your insurance company's list of preferred providers. They are like an out on network shop (Non program shop) and they do not have contracts with your insurance company, so they can charge whatever they want, often double to triple the going rate in your area. Your ins won't pay that, and they probably will not pay for new parts if there is a NON-OEM part available. It is written in your policy for most insurance companies. If you are at an out of network shop they have to get every estimate and supplement approved by your ins before they do the work and it can take weeks. You will have to pay out of pocket for anything OVER what your ins. quoted at THEIR rates.
Arianna is so awkward, she seems to be checking with her rep to make sure she hasn’t said anything she shouldn’t. She is either super unhinged off camera or she is maintaining such a manicured personality she can’t come across normal. No shade, but compared to so many other celebs that are natural on cam, she is just not natural being herself on cam
Lol she destroyed someone's marriage who had a kid. No way she cares about any of this Nick stuff. Even when talking about it she said nothing bad about her experience, said generic parents should be present, and then immediately said me and Janet are just so lucky and thankful to have gotten that experience to learn acting so young. She is a sociopath. It's all for her image. She doesn't give a fuck about kids or anyone else besides herself.
I'm almost certain Nickelodeon made her sign something to shut her up in return for money. Jenette McCurdy said some people did that exact thing and I don't think she named any names. It'd also make sense for her being a kid, being scared of these powerful people and wanting to make it big to take that money and turn this weird experience into something good (kickstart her career). I'm not saying it's the right thing to do, but I also can't blame her.
For some reason, I could totally see Mr. Beast being elected into office. Maybe not president, but I could totally see him being a small town mayor or maybe even a congressman.
@@discopumpsthere’s nothing wrong with her. Maybe she’s tired they just had sunny. With 2, 5& under? CEO of a clothing brand? Full time positive female role model?
Just ordered a fathers day cameo from Uncle Gabe. I literally stopped everything and did it before continuing the episode because its a fucking hilarious idea. Love you uncle gabe!!! You the man
Happy fathers day, Ethan. This will be my fist fathers day without my dad, I lost him back in April this year. Thank you for always being there for us, been a fan for around 8 years now, & I can’t imagine a life without the podcast. Your kids are so lucky to have you as a father. 💜
The trick to hammering a nail is to let the hammer do the work by keeping your wrist pretty loose while holding the hammer near the end of the handle for max leverage. It's also pretty impossible to hammer a nail into a knot, so AB had no chance. (I used to be a carpenter and still build things.)
As an Audiovisual engineer that builds operations centers for NASA and the Pentagon, I don't know if we're a big fan group, but that probably means I'm your biggest fan within our group
Insurance agent here 👋 this sucks and I’m sorry to hear this. I hope you’re doing better. I know insurance has gotten worse and worse lately, and the market is over-saturated with “agents” who are usually not licensed to bind policies and are working for a huge third party contractor under a broker who pre-signs policies and allows these Customer Service Reps to do the sales. I don’t agree with that business model. How I was trained as an agent is very different. I worked for Allstate and Statefarm for years. The issue here is not the company; these agencies are franchises and run very differently. The first failsafe to prevent things like this from happening should be the agent taking time to educate the client on their policy coverages and how accident coverage works. Customers also have to be willing to get on the phone or in person to talk with us. Three pathways that could have allowed this to happened: 1) the person who hit you didn’t have insurance so there would be no liability coverage to extend to your bills if they were at fault 2) if you didn’t accept Uninsured Motorist protection, there wouldn’t be a pool to draw from for medical bills aside from if you added Medical Payments (you’re required to sign a legal document if you choose to decline Uninsured Motorist Protection in all 50 states - your policy cannot issue without receiving back the form to decline UM protection within 30 days). 3) if you purchased your policy online or with an 800-number agent but don’t have a local agent/don’t know who your agent is, you may not have been given proper instruction when binding your policy. Anyone who declines UM coverage (I advise against this 100% of the time, but some people insist in order to save money on premium) I always encourage them to add Medical Payment coverage. This is different from liability. Medical Payment coverage is something you add to your policy that covers portions of your medical bill, regardless of fault. You can use this in tandem with UM coverage or standalone, but the coverage limit is much lower. I’m truly sorry this happened to you. I also have been the agent responsible for filing so, so many claims where my clients have been in accidents that could have destroyed their lives, but insurance overall pays out exponentially more in claims than is received from any single policy holder. The average driver with insurance will spend about $94,000 over a lifetime. Most single multi-car, multi-injury claims require a payout far higher than that. As a policyholder, I completely understand the frustration as I’ve had accidents and injuries myself. I do hope your next agent cares and takes time to explain each coverage to you so you have peace of mind going forward.
👁️👄👁️....... I have so many questions lol how many were living inside ?? What kind of car was it ? You had to get a brand new car ?? Did they destroy the wiring or something ??
@@GG-jiggles it was a mazda 3. idk how many were living inside but the mechanic said that it was the worst infestation he'd seen. they chewed through the wiring so it would have cost more than the car was worth to repair it
The Beatles have been a topic of discussion so many times. Can we please have a deep dive segment into the Beatles and the crew could even dress up in Beatles outfits ?
bruh i used to be obsessed w ariana as a kid and now she just is my ick. she seems super fakish and just doesnt even look, sound, or act like herself whatever that even means bc she is constantly putting on a new persona i feel like every time i see anything about her shes unrecognizable literally. and just her whole past of dating is just really giving insecure . the whole spongebob thingy wasnt the first time shes been w a man in a relationship (not saying shes only to blame but people need to start being honest about the fact that there are men/women that get off on getting w a taken person) so i cannot stand her at ALL. This is not to say i dont care abt her experience as a child because ts is inexcusable and i fully support her in that regard, but as a grown adult person ,just no.
i would unironically sub to the twitch cause I need something playing in the background while i work and it would be so nice to just leave it up and not worry
I’m so sorry to hear that! I know he is with you. Much love 🤍 I don’t have a dad myself (I’m 24) and he left my mom when she was in labor. I have never heard from him, not even a text for my birthday or something else small. I just always say my mom is my dad too 😂 I’m so lucky to have her, she’s my best friend. I’m sorry to make this about me. But as I said, I wish you all the best ❤
I’m just speaking from personal experience, but as a woman, I’ve been ripped off by auto shops only when I’m by myself. The only times I wasn’t over charged were when my boyfriend or brother were with me. Maybe try having a guy call if you haven’t already? Not sure if it would make a difference but might be worth a try
AB's nail right was in that knot, which made it nearly impossible to hammer down straight, no nail is going to survive that 😭 I'm pretty sure Ethan's and Dan's were in the easiest "cleanest" spots as well, not to take anything away from their skill, the whole contest was just very unfair lmao. I should know, I'm typing this on my break from nailing planks on a roof.
For the car- don’t pay the shop. Go in. Tell them it is their fault for not requesting a supplement. They are not allowed to hold your car per law so they need to eat the cost. Tell them you have come to collect the car. Pay the deductible. Boom, done.
Hila should get the insurance to pay for part of the bill for the car, then pay the difference herself and sue the repair shop for that sum in small claims court
I knew as soon as you guys were talking about the insurance situation that it was State Farm. I work in a law office for an insurance attorney in Indiana- State Farm is notoriously the WORST insurance company out there. You’ll never see that money back if you pay the body shop. You would definitely need to pursue litigation.
