My brother was in a car accident and drove off an imbankment and landed passed the farmer's fence in a field. He broke is back and had a chance of being paralyzed. But my mama prayed and the churches prayed and he is able to walk and drive again. God is so Good.
First time that my family and i went to this camp meeting, I'm not saying that it was bad,it was actually pretty good!! The only thing that reallly disappointed ous was the fact that the bible clearly says on Exudus 20.4 Though shalt not make unto thee Any graven image or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above,or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. We come from a catholic background And this church reminded me of those churches filled with imiges,specially that gigantic angel on top the sanctuary, it just didn't feel right!! People raising their hands and bowing to it ,sorry but that's what I saw. .
It's the worshipping of the idols that's a sin and I've never seen anyone worshipping any statue or Anything that isn't the Lord our God only. This church always has such a Strong presence of God in the atmosphere at every service I've been to, not only the conferences. They were probably worshipping God and it just looked like it had something to do with the statues because they were there. But I don't care for the statues and all the expensive fancy stuff either.
